"Absolutely everything! What a great find this establishment is. If we return to Pitlochry we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The facilities are top notch, lovely, clean and quiet room (7) in the Courtyard, huge and very comfortable bed and a very spacious and spotless bathroom. Breakfast was nothing short of exceptional! , so many choices on the menu and all breakfasts cooked fresh to order using local, fresh produce. "Nothing was unique. It was very dirty (carpet, curtains, window, outdoor planters, hair in the floor of the bathroom and shower, insects on the walls, floor and bed. When I saw the bottle of the shampoo empty, I asked them and they told me tu buy one in the nearest shop. Tables of the dinning room were sticky. We will NEVER be back at this hotel. DO NOT RESERVE, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, EVER. IF YO DO IT, YOU WILL REGRET"
