"Nothing was unique. It was very dirty (carpet, curtains, window, outdoor planters, hair in the floor of the bathroom and shower, insects on the walls, floor and bed. When I saw the bottle of the shampoo empty, I asked them and they told me tu buy one in the nearest shop. Tables of the dinning room were sticky. We will NEVER be back at this hotel. DO NOT RESERVE, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, EVER. IF YO DO IT, YOU WILL REGRET"

"Leider war unser erster Eindruck vom Zimmer sehr enttäuschend. Im Zimmer roch es unangenehm muffig, im Fensterbereich war deutlich Schimmel vorhanden, und im Bett befanden sich Haare. Einen solchen Zustand hatten wir bei einem Hotelzimmer nicht erwartet. Die entsprechenden Bilder füge ich der Bewertung bei. Nachdem ich mich an der Rezeption beschwert hatte, reagierte die Mitarbeiterin dort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie zeigte uns zwei alternative Zimmer, aus denen wir auswählen konnten....

"This was my best Bed and Breakfast experience ever!!! Nancy was a welcoming and caring hostess. Her place is so spotless clean I hardly know how she‘s managing it. "What a fantastic place. Comfy bed, fantastic shower and a nice big tv. Plenty tea, coffee, biscs and bottles of water in the room. Added bonus, the breakfast room is set up with same level of refreshments, all day, much appreciated after a walk up from the town in the evening. "The location of the property is a bit tricky to fund but its worth the drive as it's set up overlooking Loch Tay surrounded by sheep farm and mountains. The chalet had everything we needed for our 2 nights. Beds were very comfy! We enjoyed the long walk to the beach, very Scottish, very magical!"
