"Check in was a VRBO problem, not the property itself. There were two options for gate opening but only one worked. It was OK. We used the one that worked. A few rough spots in the condo. Disturbed by rug corners sticking up causing tripping. Set things on them to be sure we 80 yo did not fall. W/D closet doors were broken. Kitchen sink in bad shape. Nicely equipped kitchen. "The minute we walked in the door, we saw a roach scurry. And then there were more. We booked 2 nights but only stayed one. It is a shame; the place is otherwise clean, the bed is comfy, etc. Would not recommend unless the roach issue has been handled."

"Communication was excellent and the apartment exceeded our expectations. So close to all our favorites on the Riverwalk. The only warning is that this is a downtown location, so there can be a little street noise. It wasn't persistent, but on occasion it was there. Each bedroom includes a white noise machine which helped greatly. Didn't bother me as I got my best sleep in weeks (probably from all the exploring). Will definitely stay again next time I'm in San Antonio!"
