This RAC Getaways home is a river-facing one-bedroom with a king bed and its own private balcony facing the San Antonio Riverwalk - right on the river path, 10 minutes to the Pearl. Run to Superhost standard.

A king bed plus a queen sleeper sofa (air mattress and pack-n-play on request). Fully stocked kitchen, a dedicated workspace, fast WiFi, and a smart TV with streaming. Pet-friendly.

BUILDING AMENITIES

Infinity pool over the river (9 AM to 11 PM, Tuesday through Sunday, closed Mondays), 24/7 fitness center, fire-pit courtyard, and free private garage parking - a real plus downtown, where nearby lots are all paid. Self check-in by lockbox.

LOCATION

Right on the Riverwalk path, 10 min to the Pearl, with the Alamo, Southtown, and downtown dining all within easy reach.

This condo is centrally located and comes with one free private parking pass. With free and paid parking near you have many options for parking. You have several bars and restaurants located within a few blocks. Most of the Riverwalk is less than a 25 minute walk in either direction.

A few things to know before booking:

PARKING
The garage is at 925 Avenue B, a 1 minute walk from the building. 1 free garage space is included, park in any open space not marked "Reserved." A guaranteed reserved space is $35/night, first floor, close to the pedestrian gate. Any additional vehicle needs its own reserved space at $35/night. Just message us. Display your parking pass at all times; unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing by the building, not us. Tow fees are not refundable.

2ND FLOOR RIVER-FACING UNIT
This unit faces the Riverwalk. Some ambient downtown sound (foot traffic, restaurant activity on weekends) is normal. The 2nd-floor location reduces ground-level noise compared to first-floor units.

SLEEPING CAPACITY
The unit comfortably sleeps 4 on the king bed and queen sleeper sofa. We can provide an air mattress or pack-and-play for a 5th guest on request, please message us before booking if you need this so we can have it ready on arrival.

ISSUES DURING YOUR STAY
Please report any issues directly to us through Airbnb messages within 24 hours so we can resolve them in real time. We cannot address concerns raised only in reviews after checkout.

QUIET HOURS
10 PM - 7 AM, per building policy. No parties or events.

SECURITY
There are no cameras inside the unit. Common-area security cameras are operated by the building.
