"Great room. Wonderful town. Liked the breakfast. Thanks!"

"Personal muy atento y el lugar en donde está el hotel muy agradable."

"It was exactly what we were looking for. Good links to the zip wire and water falls"

"We had a wonderful 1 nights stay on the way to Anglesey. Check-in was quick and efficient. The lodge rooms were warm and comfortable. The bar area had lovely decor (would have been nice to have been a bit warmer as it was a cold, wet, murky evening) and staff friendly and helpful. All drinks and food were very nice, all clean plates! Had a very quiet and comfortable nights sleep. An early swim and jacuzzi using the facilities followed by a very nice buffet and hot breakfast. Overall, very good...

"Las amenidades de las fotografías no están incluidas, en ninguna parte explica que tiene un costo de £17.50 por persona, desde las 11 AM hasta las 5 PM"

"Can't fault the place really. The room was nice and spacious, comfortable bed with huge smart TV. Lovely views from outside. Breakfast was nice with lots of choice from full English, bakery, fruit and juices etc. Only bug bare was room service stops orders at 8pm. Not ideal if you fancy a little snack or dessert after dinner. Shop was limited. Spa was very relaxing. Great location. Overall I would recommend and stay again."

"La decoración del cuarto, la locación estuvo increible!"

"Amazing view of mountains from room windows, convenient location to reach Snowdonia, Holyhead and many more places to discover North Wales"

"Fantastic views of the river and the hotel is in a lovely location."

"Fantastic property in a great location just a few minutes walk from the town. Sean was incredibly accommodating from the minute I arrived, providing me with books and information of snowdon routes ahead of my climb! Absolute 10/10 breakfast cooked by sean, again he was very accommodating providing me the option to have it earlier than the usual time so I could get up the mountain quicker. If I ever return I’ll be sure to stay here again, fantastic stay."

"The views are excellent- Staff very welcoming and friendly. Rooms very comfortable but warning of some sloping ceilings! Amenities very good - good value for money. Breakfast very good. Good choice menu in the evening but disappointed that apple and blackberry pie not available for 4 nights of our stay! Dog friendly - which is great for dog owners but personally - I wasnt so happy re a couple with 2 big dogs being allowed into the dining room in the evening."

"Excellent location, and the staff super friendly and helpful"

"Really appreciated their help. They held my bag after checkout so I could enjoy my Snowdon hike and collect it afterwards"

"Welcoming staff, large family room, comfortable bed, breakfast delicious. Stairs quite steep (i should have booked a room on lower floor) i didnt have any issue but felt if i had they would de addressed and dealt with effectively. Thank you for a wonderful stay over."

"Clean room, comfy bed but a bit noisy with traffic as it is on a main road. On a plus note it is just across road from train station so ideal for travellers."

"A warm welcome from our host, who was ready to share his local knowledge. We would stay again."
