Back yard beautiful w big shady trees w two story dock with up top being a great place to relax w cocktails…we fished…and caught fish…family could dock their boat and just off the main beating path of the main lake! We also grilled steaks and just relaxed!! Quiet area! Great find!!!"

"You can't go wrong with this property on the water. It was very clean. We only used the 2 ensuite bedrooms. These are older condos, but these owners have kept the place up. The outdoor cushions were the only thing that needed replacing. Ken & Suzanne are very helpful and accommodating."

Tracie, the property manager, was great she came over as soon as called, when there was an issue, and stayed to make sure everything was satisfactory. Stayed fo 72 days and looking forward to returning next winter."

"Nice clean property. Quiet neighborhood very close to Main St. Nice hot tub and patio with gas fire pit. Most everything you need to cook but could use some kitchen towels and extra paper towels. "

"Poor communication regarding checkin via text vs email vs third party website, even after 2 calls and a visit to office; would be helpful to know absolute check in at 4 pm as opposed to potential early check in- even when the room was clean and there was only one other room checked in and in a 20 unit complex; didn’t receive text for check in until 7:30 at night and had to call at 4 pm again to get check-in code as it went through messages at Expedia instead of Notifications and I had no access...

"We enjoyed our stay at the Just Peachy. The house was spotless and well stocked. It’s one of the best locations we have stayed at in Fredericksburg. Hot tub was nice and we laughed at the tom cat drama going on while we were outside but it is a quiet neighborhood. Having king sized beds in all the bedrooms makes it ideal for our group of 3 retired couples and the beds are high quality. I would definitely stay here again!"
