"My husband and I stayed for two nights to celebrate his 50th in Fredericksburg. It is a wonderful house, thoughtfully decorated with a comfortable bed. Loved the fenced in backyard for our dogs and the hot tub was nice in the evenings. Would definitely stay again. "

We enjoyed our morning coffee on the outside deck.and unlike other rentals, the owner provide little amenities such as coffee, creamer, shampoo & and other things. "Out family has stayed here a few times evey time is always nice.As soon as u enter the property you know its a safe quiet and chill vibe.Deers roam the property early in the a.m and at night its nice to see them so close. Fishing dock is short walking distance from ur comfy rooms. Great AC, smart tvs,great water pressure. Property manager answers ur messages pretty quickly and it just nice overall 👌"

"Nice little house, great location and very peaceful. We were here 4 nights 5 days so we had several clothes, there was not a place to hang them or a place to put them in. The furniture in the den is limited to one antique couch, which is pretty but not functional for relaxing and watching TV. The front and back porch are awesome for sitting on and watching the deer however the mosquitoes were horrible so bring off or somtheing to repel them. All these are minor things. We would definitely stay...

"We had about 35-40 people in our group and it was difficult to find a location that would fit all of our needs. The host was very flexible and very easy to communicate at any point in the day.
