Landlord entered apartment illegally. At 10pm at night the landlord used his key to enter the apartment without prior warning or even knocking. He wasn't aware that there were people staying here and led an electrician in without asking either female visitors if they were okay with two men entering the apartment late at night, unannounced and uninvited. It was not an emergency situation.
We ended up checking out early and booking a hotel elsewhere.
- The washing machine was broken.
- The window blinds were broken.
- There is a silverfish infestation in the bathroom.
- The bathroom constantly smelled of smoke from people smoking in other flats and it coming through the vent even though it was advertised as a non-smoking property.
- If the bathroom vent was an extractor fan, it didn't work.
- Light in hallway outside broken and making a loud clicking once a second 24/7.
We reported all issues but only the light in the hallway was resolved and we're not personally sure that it didn't just stop clicking by itself.
