    Nestled in Liverpool’s architectural haven, Canning Quarters I and II offers a dual-package accommodation with two beautifully furnished apartments in one reservation! Explore the scenic neighbourhood, surrounded by Georgian-style buildings, historic cathedrals, and charming cobbled streets. Accommodating up to 10 guests in total, the property features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living, dining, and kitchen areas—providing everything you need for a home-from-home experience.



    The Space:

    Canning Quarters I and II consists of two charming apartments located on the ground and first floors of the property, ideal for those who love the vibrant city life during the day while enjoying tranquillity at night.



    The first apartment, located on the ground floor, is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit that accommodates up to four guests. The cosy living room features a double sofa bed, a large Smart TV, and a dining table for two. The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, wooden flooring, and elegant grey furniture, creating a stylish yet welcoming space. The apartment is bright and airy, with windows offering lovely views of the quaint neighbourhood.



    The second apartment, situated on the first floor, has two bedrooms and one bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is beautifully furnished with contemporary decor. The living space includes a sofa bed for two, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a dining table that doubles as a desk for work. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and a vanity table that can also function as a desk. The second bedroom offers a double bed and another Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.



    Both apartments feature a modern bathroom equipped with a bath, an overhead shower, a WC, and a washbasin.



    Each unit provides access to its own fully equipped kitchen, complete with a microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, oven, and more—everything you need for a comfortable stay.



    Just a short walk from Liverpool ONE Shopping Centre, these apartments are perfectly located near excellent restaurants, bars, and theatres, offering the best of city life!



    Guest Access:

    Guests have full access to Canning Quarters I and II. The keys are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check-in.



    The one-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor, while the two-bedroom unit is situated on the first floor, accessed via two flights of stairs. The two units are not internally connected but are accessible via a communal staircase within the building.



    The apartments are located within a residential area, as such these are not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.



    We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.



    A total of two parking permits for on-street parking are provided for your stay, allowing parking for two vehicles. Please ensure the permits are left at the property upon checkout to avoid penalty fines.



    A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given.



    The Neighborhood:

    The Georgian Quarter showcases some of Liverpool’s most remarkable architecture, including the Anglican and Metropolitan Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall, all within walking distance from the apartment – an ideal spot for history and culture enthusiasts. The area itself is celebrated for its rich history, cobbled street and a quiet and friendly neighbourhood.



    Canning Quarters I and II are located in the heart of this much-loved area, near the iconic St Luke’s Church, also known as 'The Bombed Out Church.' This historic site often hosts open-air cinemas, beer festivals, and other events, contributing to the lively and dynamic vibe of the neighbourhood.



    Hope Street, famed for its excellent restaurants and charming cafes, is less than a 10-minute walk away. For those keen to explore further, Liverpool’s vibrant city centre is a short stroll or a convenient bus ride.



    Don’t miss the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour for stunning views of the city’s iconic waterfront, and take time to explore the city’s museums, delving into its maritime history, art, and music.



    Getting Around:

    The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 4-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.



    The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.



    Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.



    If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
