The dining table is located in the open plan kitchen and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening. It can easily seat 4 guests.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away for a long or short stay in Formby. There is an electric hob, single oven, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave & washing machine.

There is 1 spacious bathroom in the property. The family bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and walk in shower.

When going from the property into the village centre, it’s always best to go in on foot as you are already close to the centre.
Luckily for you, the property is in the ideal location and parking can be found as per the check-in instructions.
Just park up, leave your car there, and stroll into the amazing village. Formby also has a great taxi service if you're looking to go further afield.

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.

This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.
*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine
Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.
*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
*Travel Cots & High Chairs
Travel cots and high chairs are available subject to availability and are charged at £10 per item per stay. Please request these in advance of your arrival.
*Stays Over 10 Nights
Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £95 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.
* Pets are allowed on short weekend bookings only
