"The “Happy House” was exactly that and exceeded what we could imagine. The description of the rental was very accurate with everything that was included. It was a great location right by the beach and walking to stores and restaurants. The house had plenty of amazing extras for our 2 young kids (3 and 1). It was amazing having a crib, high chair, etc. The play-set in the backyard and the kids nook in the house were amazing features!"

"This was the perfect little place to stay for 2 adults and a chocolate lab. The proximity to the beach and the bay was ideal. Bars and restaurants were close too. My dog loved having his bed next to the slider for the breeze and outdoor scenery. Not a complaint, but would make it spot on if there was a screen door on the front and the shower water pressure was a little stronger. I would recommend this little gem."

"The CozySuites condo was big, clean and comfortable! I don't like a lot of clutter and it was spare but had everything necessary. The communication with the CozySuites team was excellent - they were so responsive and answered all my questions. The one issue had to do with the water pressure in one of the bathrooms (we had 3 with full showers for a 2 BR Condo!). "The condo was very spacious. The resorts was walking distance to the beach. It is walking distance to other resorts which made it convenience for going around. The communication with customer service was excellent. "

"This place was horrible beds broken no linens smelt like rotten fish and weed. The wall switches turned on lights in different rooms. It’s was horrible and a complete misrepresentation of what there website says. Do not stay here!!!!"

"Communication was amazing, the house was very clean and updated. Good location to the boardwalk. The development is less than perfect but this is beyond the owners control, when you step inside the house it is beau!"

"Cons: The process of checking in was horrible. Three times I was asked to do it ( uploading photos of myself and my documents ) and on the arrival day I had to do it again. Another issue was the paymnet that their system was constantly cancelling. Pros: Kitchen, location, parking "

"Great location and very CLEAN! We were able to walk to our event at the Convention Center and the outlets. Hosts were great and responsive. We stayed in January and it was quite cold out so my only advice is to bring slippers as the floors were cold even when the rooms were warm. I would definitely stay again!"

"The property was in a nice location however parking is a bit tricky. The owners however do have two parking permits which allowed us to park right by the boardwalk entrance. The 3rd floor walk up is a bit of exercise especially when carrying bags but it’s do able. On the first morning my friends encountered a Mickey who just wanted to say hello, we realized not to leave any food out after that day.
