"It was a good location for Lords and Paddington walking. Room was clean enough although we had to complain as no pillowcases on thd bed this was dealt with reasonably efficiently after we called them.Didnt see any staff . "Property was not like the photos. Beds were rock hard, bathroom was full of mold and paint peeling off walls. We had an unwelcome person walk into our apartment without knocking while we were there. "The best part about this flat was the people running it. We had an issue with the A/C and not knowing how to turn it on and they immediately came to try and help us. "Apartment concept was good 9/10 Cleanliness excellent 10/10 Management 2/10 T V didn’t work. I complained every day but to no avail. Light in bedroom didn’t work. Toilet seat was broken.
