The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked dinner. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a double bed, direct access to the balcony, and a private en-suite bathroom with a relaxing bathtub, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a baby cot, making it an excellent choice for families travelling with young children. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

A second bathroom is also available, providing added convenience for guests.

One of the highlights of the apartment is the spacious terrace, furnished with comfortable outdoor seating—the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, share a meal, or simply relax while taking in the atmosphere of Lisbon.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment on the 4th floor, including all amenities and the balcony space, ensuring a comfortable and private stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.



A modern and comfortable apartment in Lisbon, ideally located in the Parque das Nações district, one of the city's most contemporary and vibrant areas. Guests can easily explore the impressive Oceanário de Lisboa, stroll along the scenic Tagus River promenade, and visit the numerous restaurants, cafés, shops, and entertainment venues nearby.

The apartment is also within easy reach of the Altice Arena, the Vasco da Gama Shopping Centre, and the Lisbon Casino. With excellent public transport connections, including Oriente Station and Lisbon Airport just a few minutes away, it's the perfect base for both leisure and business travelers looking to discover the best of Lisbon.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Oriente (Lisbon Metro – Red Line), is approximately a 10–15 minute walk from the property, providing direct access to Lisbon Airport, the city centre, and the wider metro network.

The nearest train station, Lisboa Oriente (CP – urban, regional, and long-distance services), is also about a 10–15 minute walk away, offering connections to destinations across Portugal.

Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) is approximately a 5–10 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
