Ideal for families or couples, this apartment features an original design with an open-plan living and kitchen area. The bright living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and side tables, the perfect space to relax and watch TV.

The picturesque kitchen, with its crafted wooden cupboards and a practical suspended breakfast bar, is ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to basic crockery and utensils, the kitchen has an oven, hob, capsule coffee machine, microwave and other useful appliances to help with your daily routine.

Access to the terrace allows you to easily gather the family outside to enjoy relaxing dinners under the stars and soak up the natural light and sunshine during the day. This fantastic outdoor space features a table, chairs, a sun lounger and stunning views over the Lisbon rooftops!

The bedroom is located in a stunning mezzanine, beneath a rustic ceiling with exposed beams and an impressive illuminated stone wall. Harmoniously decorated, it is equipped with a very comfortable double bed. As the bedroom is on a mezzanine level, we recommend supervising children when using the stairs.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The accommodation is on the 2nd floor and access is exclusively by stairs. There are currently construction works taking place nearby, which are visible from the terrace and may cause some noise during the day.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

In a short walk, you can also marvel at the panoramic views from the Portas do Sol viewpoint or climb up to the walls of the imposing São Jorge Castle.

Just a few minutes' walk from Santa Apolónia Train Station (one of the country's main transport hubs), the world is at your disposal. You can easily take direct connections for an enchanting day among the palaces and mystical nature of Sintra (UNESCO World Heritage Site), enjoy the glamour and beaches of the village of Cascais, or even cross the river to explore the iconic Cristo Rei Sanctuary and the cliffs of Costa da Caparica. The property is located in the historic neighbourhood of Santa Clara, in Lisbon.

The area is served by several bus lines. Tram 28E (Eléctrico 28) runs nearby, being one of the most scenic ways to explore Lisbon.

The nearest train station is Santa Apolónia, just a few minutes' walk away.

By car, please note that this historic area has narrow and steep streets. We recommend using Uber or Bolt for journeys within the city. Humberto Delgado International Airport (LIS) is approximately 15 to 20 minutes away by car.

This property has a personal check-in with a concierge. Before your check-in, we will send you all the necessary information. Please note that late check-in after 10 PM has an additional cost of €20. Check-ins between midnight and 7 AM have an additional cost of €30.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

On the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
