This charming duplex apartment, decorated to provide maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point for exploring Lisbon and its attractions.

Ideal for families or small groups, the accommodation features a spacious and bright living area with a dining zone. The living room is equipped with a sofa and an elegant armchair, creating the perfect space to relax and watch TV. A home office is also available for remote workers.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing all daily meals. In addition to basic utensils and crockery, the kitchen has a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven and a fridge, among other essential appliances to make your daily life easier. The apartment also has a washing machine.

On the upper floor, the two bedrooms are harmoniously decorated and both have a private balcony with city views. One bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.

It is important to note that, as they are on the top floor, the ceiling height in the bedrooms varies, so taller guests may have some difficulty moving around. Additionally, please be aware that the blackout curtains do not block light completely, which may disturb those sensitive to morning brightness.

The apartment has two full bathrooms with all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and access is exclusively by stairs — not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

A short walk away, you can explore fantastic historic and cultural attractions such as the imposing National Pantheon and the unmissable viewpoints of Graça and Senhora do Monte, where you will enjoy absolutely unforgettable sunsets over the Tagus river and the city.

Despite being in an authentic Lisbon residential retreat, the proximity to Lisbon's historic centre is exceptional. Walking down the hill, you will easily get lost in the labyrinthine and romantic alleyways of Alfama — the world birthplace of Fado — and can walk up to the majestic São Jorge Castle or to the monumental Praça do Comércio, right by the river. For an even more picturesque experience, simply head up to Graça and hop on the famous Tram 28, which will take you on a scenic and charming journey through the most elegant and bohemian areas of Baixa Pombalina, Chiado and Bairro Alto.

In addition to being the perfect starting point for discovering the capital's hills, this address stands out for being just minutes from the Santa Apolónia Railway and Metro Station, one of Portugal's most important transport hubs. This makes planning your excursions incredibly practical! From here, it is very easy to access the urban train network to be enchanted by the palaces and mysticism of the village of Sintra (UNESCO World Heritage Site), or follow the coastline to enjoy the sun, fresh fish and beaches of the Cascais bay. Thanks to long-distance trains at your doorstep, you can even broaden your horizons and plan memorable day trips to cities such as the university city of Coimbra or the Alentejo charm and Roman heritage of Évora!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

By metro, the nearest station is Intendente (Green Line), a short walk from the property, with fast connections to Lisbon city centre and the entire metro network.

By bus, several lines serve the area, offering convenient connections across the city of Lisbon.

By car, the property has easy access to the city's main roads. Humberto Delgado International Airport (LIS) is approximately 10 to 15 minutes away by car. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are readily available in the area.

This property has a self-check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3pm, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the reservation is confirmed, guests are required to complete a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

On the first days, we provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish washing products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set of keys when available, lost keys or door opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
