    This is a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside the property (including bedrooms, bathrooms, enclosed balconies, or any indoor area).

    If smoke, the smell of tobacco, or traces of smoking are detected inside the accommodation, a penalty of €200 will be applied to cover the costs of deep cleaning, deodorization, and possible temporary unavailability of the space for new guests.

    The use of drugs or alcohol on the property is not permitted. The occurrence of any of these situations will result in the cancellation of the reservation, at the guest’s expense.

    Use or occupancy for commercial purposes or the provision of services is not permitted. The property is for accommodation purposes only.

    Subletting is not permitted.

    The guest must inform the host of the check-in time at least 24 hours in advance.

    After in-person check-in and confirmation that the property meets expectations, the guest has a period of 72 hours to report any issues with the property.

    All guests must treat the home with the utmost care and respect, as if it were their own.

    It is strictly prohibited to damage, remove, or misuse any item belonging to the accommodation (furniture, utensils, appliances, decor, etc.).

    Guests must maintain the accommodation in a condition similar to that at the time of check-in, both in terms of cleanliness and general organization.

    It is the guests’ responsibility to take out the trash, keep the spaces clean, and avoid the accumulation of excessive dirt. Trash must be taken out daily to the municipal trash bin.

    It is mandatory to turn off the A/C when leaving the house. Leaving the A/C on 24 hours a day is not permitted, especially during the winter, as this causes condensation and moisture that may damage the property.

    The apartment must be aired out daily, even on rainy days.

    Any damage caused must be reported immediately to the host. Repair or replacement costs may be charged through the app.

    Parties or behavior that jeopardize the condition or proper functioning of the home are not permitted.

    The following are not permitted: parties, events, gatherings, etc., including but not limited to:
    - Weddings / Bridal or groom preparations / Receptions for family and friends before or after the wedding
    - Baptisms and related family preparations, pre-celebration receptions, etc.
    -Gatherings of family members not included in the reservation
    -Work meetings/Team-building events
    -Birthday parties/dinners or lunches
    -Celebrations of rites of passage, ceremonies, etc.
    -Personal or professional celebrations
    -Promotion of products, services, brands, etc., or any sales of a personal or professional nature
    -Other parties or gatherings of any kind

    Please always keep in mind that this is an apartment, so you must avoid causing any disturbance to other residents, always respecting quiet hours and keeping common areas clean.

    It is not permitted to store personal belongings such as bicycles, scooters, motorcycles, containers, or miscellaneous items in the building’s common areas or inside the apartment.

    Commercial photography and filming are not permitted.
