La ubicación del hotel es perfecta si tu viaje es de turismo, se encuentra en el centro turístico de la ciudad, a pocas calles de muchos sitios de interés, como la Plaza de Comercio o la Plaza de Pedro IV. A la vuelta del hotel hay una estación de metro donde podrás conectar fácilmente con el resto de la ciudad. Un taxi o Uber desde el aeropuerto al hotel o viceversa, me costó a penas 10 euros. Si bien el hotel no tiene muchas atracciones, la limpieza y el estado de las habitaciones es excelente, y el servicio del personal es atento y muy bueno. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

El hotel es espectacular! No puede tener una mejor ubicación, es perfecto y cerca de todo! Lo único malo fue que nuestra habitación no tuvo aire acondicionado, nos quejamos varias veces pero nunca mejoró. Del resto súper! Igual volvería♥️

Un día regresamos a las 3:30 pm al cuarto y no estaba listo y veníamos muy cansadas de caminar todo el día. Otro día le pregunté a la persona del check in si podía reservar taxi para el aeropuerto el día de mi check out a las 5:10 am y me dijo que no se podía. Creo que deberían mejorar esos detalles de atención al turista. También comentar que al término de la estancia se cobra una tasa turística de 10 euros, yo no tengo problema en pagarla, pero si me hubieran advertido en el check in, hubiera reservado los 20 euros en mi presupuesto. Lo que sí está excelente es la ubicación del hotel y el desayuno.

Hola! Mi estancia fue bastante breve y solo para dormir. Me tocó la habitacion para personas con movilidad reducida. Ubicada en la primera planta con vistas al patio interior, y el baño muy incomodo.

La habitación 101 en la primera planta, daba a un estrecho patio interior donde estaban las entradas y salidas de los extractores de aire de todo el edificio,el ruido insoportable y desesperante.

Renovación con buen gusto
El hotel está renovado con muy buen gusto y es muy céntrico . El personal es atento y servicial. Solo convendría que mejoraran el desayuno. No está incluido en el precio y es repetitivo y un un tanto mediocre, por lo cual recomiendo tomarlo fuera.

Excelente hotel en el Centro Histórico de Lisboa
Pasamo 3 noches en este hotel el pasado enero. Está super bien ubicado. Es un hotel muy nuevo, en donde las instalaciones están impecables. El personal es muy atento y el check in fue muy rápido y cómodo. El check out también fue muy bueno y nos facilitaron un shuttle al aeropuerto a un costo muy conveniente. Un excelente opción para hospedarse en Lisboa

Esta en una situación inmejorable limpio y todo nuevo lo mejor de todo es el precio bastante bien yo repetiría si mantenéis las mismas tarifas el personal todo amabilidad y profesionalidad El único problema es el parking que al Estar en oso el Centro aparcar Result casi imposible

The hotel staff- excellent. The included breakfast- excellent The location- excellent The only comment I have is the following- while the shower is beautiful to look at, it is very dangerous and unsafe in my opinion. There should be grab bars and decals on the floor to prevent falls.

The smell was bad... room 309 (and, possibly, all of the 3rd floor of the hotel) smelled strongly of sewer gas. It is not possible they did not know about the smell, yet we were placed on that floor anyway. We endured it for the first night, then we asked for a different room because it did not go away. Room 209 (same spot in the building, but one floor lower) did not have this problem. The location was convenient for touring Baixa, Chiado and Alfama, certainly. But the price for this was double the cost of the hotel to which we moved after that, in Restauradores, near Rossio Station, which did not smell at all and was very comfortable, and was nearly as convenient to all of these places. We would have skipped Hotel 7 if we had known any of this. 3 stars are given overall, because it was convenient and the staff were wonderful, but the smell was very bad and the price was high for something that smelled so terrible.

Location was great. However, the rooms (had 2 different ones in different floors, 3 night stay) had a strong musty smell. The smells were 'covered' right after the rooms were cleaned but they returned very strongly. They came from the bathroom area (tubing?).

Odeurs nauséabondes dans les corridors. Pas d'eau chaude du soir au matin. Au départ tôt le matin pour prendre l'avion on nous a répondu que l'eau chaude était fermée et d'attendre une vingtaine de minutes avant d'en avoir. Nous avons payés trop chère pour un hôtel de si basse classe. On demande un remboursement. Nous sommes des clients réguliers d'expédia et cette fois-ci l'insatisfaction est grande à propos de cet hôtel.

The room size for an advertised twin bed room. Room too small only one chair available. Shower no rubber mat for a very slippery floor when wet. Dangerous for older people.
