  • São Bento, a melhor zona de Lisboa para se viver! Entre a Lapa, Santos e Bairro Alto, não poderia ser melhor esta pequena zona envolvente ao parlamento.

    Do apartamento, tem vista acolhedora e cheia de luz sobre as copas das árvores, telhados de Lisboa e Rio Tejo. Este apartamento o fará se sentir em casa e viver o espírito de Lisboa.

    O apartamento localizado na Avenida Dom Carlos I, uma das mais bonitas avenidas de Lisboa. Numa tradicional água furtada, ao nível de um 4º andar sem elevador, num edifício tradicional do final do século XIX.

    No apartamento, podem dormir até 5/6 pessoas. Tem 2 quartos, um com cama de casal e outro com duas camas individuais, sala de estar com um sofá-cama e mesa de jantar até 6 pessoas, cozinha equipada com electrodomésticos e 1 banheiro com chuveiro.

    Durante sua estadia os hóspedes terão acesso ao apartamento, em total privacidade (sem host ou outros convidados compartilhando o lugar).

    Wi-Fi, microondas, fogão, forno, frigorífico, máquina lavar roupa e pequenos utensílios de cozinha, como café Nexpresso, chaleira e torradeira estão disponíveis.

    Berço pode ser fornecido mediante solicitação.

    Normalmente, o contato com os hóspedes no apartamento no momento do check-in, bem como uma explicação ou esclarecimento de dúvidas que tenham.

    Na área você pode encontrar excelentes cafés (alguns com excelente brunch), gelatarias magníficas, alguns dos melhores restaurantes tradicionais de Lisboa, vida noturna... Museus e lojas, belos jardins e parques infantis, e universidades nas proximidades. A curta distância de supermercados, mercearias, lojas de vinho e lojas com produtos gourmet e delicatessen na área.

    Este apartamento está perto de tudo que você precisa para mover: Bus 727 e 706 em frente da porta. Ao virar da esquina é o eléctrico 28, que pode levá-lo para o coração da velha Lisboa. As estações de metro do Cais Sodre, Chiado e Rato estão a 15 minutos a pé. A estação de comboio de Santos, pertencente a linha de Cascais, dista 5 minutos a pé. Chiado, Bairro Alto, Principe Real, Santa Catarina e Cais do Sodré estão a 15 minutos a pé.

Familia con dos hijos pasando la Navidad 2024 - 2025

La estancia ha sido muy buena, la casa es bonita conservando los detalles. Muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para pasar una semana. Buenas vistas.No hay que olvidar que es un cuarto sin ascensor y por las mañanas es un poco fría, costaba calentarla con el aparato del aire acondicionados. Con todo ello, recomendamos este alojamiento Costaba calentarla con eaire acondicionado

This is a lovely old apartment, clean, very bright with several large windows with views out onto a nice well treed commercial street. It is very close to many of the main tourist attractions and neighborhoods. And close to transportation to places that are farther away. Margarita is a very responsive and helpful host. The kitchen was nice and had a good assortment of cooking utensils, dishes, spices, tea, etc.

L’appartement était conforme à l’annonce et bénéficie d’un emplacement central, dans un quartier sûr et agréable. Il y a un supermarché à proximité, une excellente pizzeria juste à côté de l’entrée, ainsi que de nombreux cafés et bars où prendre le petit-déjeuner. Le centre-ville est facilement accessible à pied, ce qui nous a permis de visiter Lisbonne sans avoir besoin des transports en commun. La cuisine est simple mais bien équipée, avec notamment une machine à café. La machine à laver fonctionne parfaitement et il est très facile de faire sécher son linge. Petit détail à prendre en compte : l’appartement se trouve au quatrième étage, donc monter les bagages peut être un peu fatigant, mais cela reste tout à fait faisable. La communication avec la propriétaire a été excellente et tout s’est très bien passé. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour un prochain séjour à Lisbonne !

Enjoyed two weeks at Margarida’s nice apartment, which is in a great location for exploring Lisbon and beyond. The 28 tram is around the corner, buses stop at the front door and Santos train station is a 10 min walk. Would stay again!

Lovely apartment

Our family stayed here for several weeks. It’s a lovely space and is close to many sights and amenities and public transport. The host was great and made our stay very comfortable.

Great location

We loved the location of our Lisbon flat. We were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to go, we were near wonderful restaurants and were comfortable in the evenings sitting around visiting and playing cards. We would be pleased to stay there again.

Beautiful Apartment

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The location was excellent for walking or taking public transportation to the various sites to see. The apartment is so clean, calm, and relaxing. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. Margarida was an excellent host and gave us some great tips for exploring Lisbon and the surrounding area.

Cozy small apartment in the center if Lisboa

A wonderfully small, cozy apartment for up to 5 people. It is very conveniently located in a beautiful house on the 4th floor in the center of Lisbon near the government building. We would love to come back

Amazing Stay

Margarida was an excellent host. So great at communicating and super helpful and accommodating. The space was perfect for our family and the location was amazing. We were 2 adults with a 3yo and an infant. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

Margarida was a fantastic host. She met us at the property and gave us helpful advice and recommendations. It was very easy to communicate with her. The apartment and location were perfect. It was easy to explore Lisbon on foot and if we needed public transport, trams and buses were very close. We would love to return to Lisbon and stay in this apartment again.

This is a fundamentally excellent property. The location is convenient to both the winding city downtown nightlife area, and to the parks and neighborhoods surrounding parliament. Despite being in walking distance to all of this the height and the double-glazed, shutterable windows mean you'll have no trouble getting to sleep. The apartment itself is lovely and convenient - a great cozy (but not small even with 2 adults and 2 kids!) layout with a full kitchen meant we could cook more dishes in than eating out with no trouble. The views were lovely and even in the heat wave the 2 AC units kept us comfy. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was perfect. The walk up is a bit of a hike and might be hard if you have mobility issues but if not just take your time and you'll be fine. We had large luggage but the steps werent at all tight, just numerous. Checking in and out couldn't have been easier or more pleasant, the place was spotless and well stocked and the hosts were more than helpful. When work next brings us back to Lisbon we will absolutely stay here again.

In a fabulous part of the city. Walking distance to water front and train station.

4 flights of stairs a bit much but we made it. Neighbours were night owls so did disrupt our after midnight sleep but apartment itself was wonderful.

Fantastic Stay

We had a lovely stay, perfect for 4 adults has everything you need. Close to public transportation and walking distance to many attractions.There is a restaurant and a cafe right outside the door! Beautiful view of street from our window. It is on the 4th floor no elevator but that didn't bother us. More pastries to eat! Margarida is a wonderful host, great communication very helpful! Lisbon was amazing! I would highly recommend this apartment!

Wonderful Hostess

We have a lovely stay in Lisbon. The hostess arranged transportation from the airport and met us at the apartment. She allowed an early check-in. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but we found lovely cafes, grocers, and restaurants within walking distance. We also appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood. We Ubered often, which suited us. Uber is extremely fast and economical in Lisbon. The only concern for some guests may be the stairs.

Sehr gemütliche, saubere, gut aufgeteilte und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der man nach einem schönen Tag in Lissabon entspannen kann. Die gut ausgestattete Küche ermöglicht es, sich selbst zu verpflegen, wenn man das möchte.Wie in den anderen Bewertungen schon zu lesen ist, liegt die Wohnung weit oben und es sind Flugzeuge und Geräusche von der Straße zu hören - das sollte man einkalkulieren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, uns hat dies nicht gestört.Die Kommunikation mit Margarida ist sehr unkompliziert, proaktiv und schnell. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Herzlichen Dank!

Great for families

The apartment was great for our family of four. Plenty of room to spread out and the washing machine was nice to have. There is not a dryer but there is a clothesline outside of the kitchen. The location was close enough to the main tourist destinations to walk but far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. The apartment is on the top floor (4th floor, 5th floor if you count the ground floor) and there is not a lift/elevator. This wasn’t a problem for us but if you don’t travel light it may not be ideal. Overall, great stay.

Excellent location in central Lisbon

The apartment was very easy to locate. Short journey from Lisbon airport. Location is great and everything is in easy reach. Very short walk to Time Out Market. The 28A tram stops a couple of minutes walk away. There are cafés and restaurants within a short walking distance and many more within a slightly longer walk or tram ride. The apartment is close to multiple public transport options. We took advantage of the Viva Viagem card and travelled by metro, bus and tram for €6.60 a day which was amazing value. The down side of being so central was that it tended to be a little noisy at night with cars, teams and planes - however this did not soil our trip and wouldn't prevent us returning.
