After in-person check-in and confirmation of the property's compliance, guests have 72 hours to report any issues.
Always bear in mind that this is an apartment, so you should always avoid causing any inconvenience to other tenants, always respecting quiet times and not littering the common areas.
It is not permitted to store personal belongings such as bicycles, scooters, motorcycles, containers, and various items in the common areas of the building.
All guests must treat the house with the utmost care and respect, as if it were their own.
It is strictly forbidden to damage, remove, or misuse any item belonging to the accommodation (furniture, utensils, appliances, decoration, etc.).
Guests must keep the accommodation in a similar condition to that at check-in, both in terms of cleanliness and general organization.
It is the responsibility of guests to dispose of trash, keep spaces clean, and avoid accumulating excessive dirt. It is mandatory to take trash to the municipal container daily.
Any damage caused must be reported immediately to the host. Repair or replacement costs may be charged through Airbnb.
Parties or behavior that jeopardizes the good condition or functioning of the house are not permitted.
Pet allowed: 1 small dog or cat. Other pets are not permitted. Pets are permitted in the apartment as long as they are not left alone in the house, do not make noise, do not leave scratch marks, odors, or other marks, or fur on the fabrics or anywhere else in the apartment.
When barbecuing, take special care not to make fumes that could go into the houses of other neighbors. If this is the case, it is advisable not to grill them.
