Wonderful stay/experience

What a great flat, stay, experience. Everything was as advertised, in fact, even better. Before, during and after was easy, no issues and clearly communicated. We HIGHLY recommend this listing. You will get used to the 67 steps to the flat. It is well worth it.

Great stay in Lisbon

We really enjoyed the space; it's in a beautiful old building that has been lovingly restored (entry and hall still in process of renovation). Definitely 4 flights up. The apartment is bright, spacious and very attractively furnished and decorated. The central location put us within easy reach of surrounding neighborhoods.

This place is a triumph!

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a month. The place is fully renovated, in a generally quiet building. We were in Lisbon during some seriously bad weather, and the apartment became our sanctuary from the wind and rain. The bright and sunny spaces with quality climate control was important. The owners have carefully thought through nearly everything you will need. The kitchen is well equipped, so cooking is a breeze. The bathroom is lovely with seriously hot water. The apartment is wonderfully located within walking distance downtown, the metro and shopping. Beware, the stairs are nontrivial, as the apartment is at the top of the building. But don’t let that stop you!

We absolutely loved this apartment!

I feel like we picked the perfect place to stay in Lisbon! They have thought of everything in this apartment! It's in a great location a short walking distance to so many restaurants and things to see (each day we discovered more and more places to eat literally steps from our door). The apartment itself is decorated in such a way that it's super fun and cozy. The light is great, everything is new and clean and convenient. We didn't do a lot of cooking but the kitchen is well-equipped for *actual* cooking which I always appreciate. It was super easy to communicate with the property manager. There were only two of us staying here -- my son and myself -- but I could see how up to six people could stay really quite comfortably, with two in each of the bedrooms and two on the super fun day bed at one side of the living room. This apartment IS as attractive and clean as it looks online and I will definitely try to stay here again in the future and/or recommend it to friends. You do have to walk up several flights to get to it (around 70 steps, which didn't bother us but might be an issue for some) but as a result you get a top floor place with nice views out the back and great light). My only complaint is that we only stayed for a week rather than a month!

Beautiful Apartment / Lot's of stairs

Beautiful apartment, wonderfully decorated & spacious in a fantastic neighborhood. There's grocery store is right across the street, nice restaurants & shops are all mere steps away. Comfortable cozy couch with plenty of tv entertainment, netflicks, etc. Nuno was an excellent host, always responsive and easy to reach. Note, you definitely need to be in good shape and have good knees to stay here... While the apartment is up 4 floors, there are 8 sets of stairs + and they are about 2 1/2 feet wide. It's a HIKE to get up to the property, so don't bring a lot. Big suitcases do not work here. Note, the hike is worth it when you get to the top! --

Exzellentes Appartement zum weiter empfehlen.

Als wir die Türschwelle übertraten kamen von unseren Kindern ein grosses "woooow". Wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause und genossen die Zeit zusammen mit unseren Kindern (2y und 3,5 y). Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und strahlt eine wohliges Ambiente aus. Es fehlen lediglich ein paar Dinge für Kinder (Spiele, Bücher und Treppchen für die Waschbecken). Es ist eine Topp Wohnung direkt an der Metro und super zentral zu Fuss.

Fantastic week in Lisbon

Communication with Nuno was excellent. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and decorated, and clean. Very comfortable beds. Fantastic location, quiet and close to restaurants, shops and transit. Make note it is a 4 floor walkup (no elevator), but easy stairs to negotiate. Highly recommend. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Could not have been better

The charming loft is exactly as advertised-Beautifully decorated, a well equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom with powerful shower that never ran out of hot water. My stay lasted 5 weeks and there were no problems at all. Nuno was easy to communicate with and Margarida kindly changed her cleaning schedule to accommodate our groups comings and going’s. At one point our party included 5 adults and the apartment did not feel crowded. Yes, there are stairs but you get used to it if your mobility is ok. The apartment really felt like a home away from home and should I return to Lisbon would certainly want to stay there again. Thank you Nuno !

Clean & comfortable near great restaurants (with A/C)

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at Nuno's apartment. The home was spacious, with nice large windows, a very comfortable couch, A/C units and a well-stocked kitchen. The host was very professional and communicative during our month stay. We could walk out the door and find great cafes and restaurants on the same street... or walk a short way to more touristy areas. The metro was very close making it easy to explore different parts of the city with our kids. Thank you Nuno for a great stay, we really appreciated your hospitality.

Great location, easy check-in

We stayed here for our vacation. The apartment had everything we needed. It was clean, safe and close to Metro lines. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Lisbon.

Great location and amazing appartment.

Property is centrally located to top shops and restaurants. The appartment is newly renovated, very clean and exceptionally organized. We loved our stay. The only drawback is the 4th floor location but if you are in a reasonably good shape is not an issue. Highly recommended it.

Fab apartment in a cool city!

We loved staying in this apartment. The decor was even nicer than it looked on the photos and the host had added lots of quirky details. The property is close to the main designer shopping area of Lisbon and is walking distance to lots of tourist attractions. This was our first visit to Lisbon and we will definitely be recommending the apartment and Lisbon to friends who have not been before and hope to come back and stay again in the future.

Perfect location for walking around Lisbon

We had a lovely stay in this apartment in Lisbon. We were able to drop off our luggage early and was greeted by Margarida. She sent us on our way with loads of ideas about roaming around the neighbor, where to eat and also where to stock up on groceries. The apartment was air conditioned which was important for our warm weather. The neighborhood is amazingly quiet at night especially considering the location to many busy restaurants and shops. Try the Himalayian restaurant just half a block down...so good. We were within easy walking distance to the Castle, Ferry Building, Alfama, etc. We so enjoyed Lisbon and wish we would have planned on staying longer. It's a great walking city. Thanks so much to Nuno for his assistance and for sharing this lovely spot.

Rundum gelungen

Es gab vorab alle Informationen zum Transfer vom Flughafen zur Wohnung. Die Wohnung präsentierte sich genauso wie auf den Fotos. Einen richtigen Balkon, wo man zu zweit sitzen könnte, gibt es zwar nicht, was aber typisch für die Häuser sind. Die Einweisung war freundlich und umfassend. Die Einrichtung ist umfassend, leider haben wir die Küche nur zum Wasserkochen benutzt. Die Lage ist ideal, in der Strasse findet sich alles zum Einkauf, Essen gehen etc. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Platz für den Lissabon-Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder!! Grundsätzlich empfehlen wir für den Besuch in Lissabon einen Tag mit einem Guide, um mehr über die Situation in Portugal zu erfahren.

excelente atención, instalaciones y ubicación del apartamento

Estuvimos del 23 al 27 de diciembre, 4 personas. A la llegada, Margarida nos atendió divinamente. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, con todo tipo de detalles, toallas, utensilios para la cocina, detergente lavadora y lavavajillas, ... Excelente ubidación. A 100 metros del metro Avenida. A una parada de Restauradores. Restaurantes y supermercados muy cerca. Si volvemos a Lisboa nos alojaremos de nuevo. Muchas Gracias a Nuno y Margarida. Saludos, Puri y Manel
