    This 65 sqm / 700 sq ft luxury residence in São Bento is offered exclusively and professionally managed. Every element, from furniture to finishes, is new following a full refurbishment in 2026.

    Large windows in the living and dining area, as well as both bedrooms, provide views of Tram 28 passing through São Bento, a distinctive Lisbon experience rarely available from within a private residence.

    The layout balances open living with functional separation, ensuring comfort for both leisure and remote work.
