Santos River View Terrace - Boutique Duplex

  • The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just a few minutes walk from the city center.

    The upper floor is an open space attic exposed on south direction. It's been designed to make you enjoy the Tagus stunning river view atmosphere, from the attic inside - thru it's tall mirror door and windows - and specially from it's 180 ° open air terrace.

    Our main bedroom suite has it`s private bathroom and a sunroom facing the river with a working space.

    The second bedroom also accommodates a working space, and it`s guests can use the bathroom the next door in the hall.

    The down floor living room gathers the meal table and a cable TV, constituting itself as an alternative social area to the upper floor open space attic lounge.

    Although being the main social and relaxing area, the attic lounge is able to receive two hosts in single beds with the same level of comfort as the king size beds serving the two bedrooms.

    Our apartment is located in a quiet residential hill, surrounded by embassies and big houses with gardens, making it a very peaceful and quiet place to relax, only 15 minutes walking from downtown.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host, Henrique, was a superhost who provided a lot of helpful information to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Do take on his offer for a day's trip to Sentra if you have the time. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. Our host Henrique could not have been more helpful, from helping us arrange transport from the airport to suggestions of activities and prompt attention if we had any questions about the apartment. The apartment itself was spotless, air conditioning worked very well and we had all the kitchen equipment needed to cook for ourselves when we wanted to eat in. There are plenty of small grocery stores, restaurants and taverns within easy walking distance, and the apartment is well located to get into the old part of town or over to Belem. Thanks for a great stay Henrique!

Lovely oasis on the River

Really wonderful stay with a great host. This is a beautiful neighborhood with a very nice café. Down the road and convenient to almost everything.

Great rental in an easy walkable location. Loved everything about the apartment. It was very spacious and comfortable. Our host, Henrique, truly was the very best. He responded quickly, gave lots of recommendations for things to do in Lisbon. The best perk of any rental we’ve ever made was the full day private tour offered by Henrique. He picked us up at the rental and drove us outside the city for several tours to Pena Palace, castle walls, coastline, lovely lunch, Cascais village, and then returned us to the appointment. This was Absolutely a great private tour and highly recommend this tour with Henrique. 10 star review

Apt was in excellent condition and very comfortable. We loved the upstairs deck for happy hour. Henrique is an awesome host and personal guide. Two of our favorite dinners (in 17 nights) were a lovely walk from the apartment.
We had a fabulous lunch with Henrique at Bar do Fundo in Collares, the day of our private tour.

Clean, quiet, and beautiful home!

Stayed with coworkers for a few days, and appreciated having a quiet place to return to in the evening with all the amenities we needed. Henrique was a great host and very responsive to our messages. We would stay again!

Wonderful apartment with a beautiful view

The apartment is perfectly located within walking distance of several restaurants and food stores. Henrique was always ready to help with suggestions for great places to eat, beautiful gardens and museums to visit and things to do. Just the best!

Better than pictures. Spacious!

Wonderful Quiiet stay. Amazing details, Linens were crisp, beds comfortable. I want to keep this place a secret! The view is great and we spent our evenings watching the water and birds drinking wine and eating tapas. Henrique was awesome at check in. Great restaurants nearby.

Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen! Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Highlight für uns: die Dachterasse, um nach einem belebten Städtetrip den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Die Kommunikation mit Henrique war tadellos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent stay

The apartment was beautiful and in an incredible location. Can’t recommend enough. Also I left some clothes there and the host was kind enough to ship them all the way back to the United States. Will stay again when I return to Lisbon.

Santos Luxury

We loved everything about this apartment! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was wonderful and so nice to have 2 bathrooms and plenty of room to spread out. The loft area is big and the view is amazing! We loved the location because it was so quiet at night and easy to get places. Henrique is an amazing host and we highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful, well equipped property close to everything!

We rented this apartment for 5 days for a party of 4 and had a wonderful experience. Henrique is a great host and the apartment was everything we expected. Beautifully appointed, in an exclusive area of Lisbon with a fabulous view of the river, close to the town center and activities.

Wonderful Stay in a great area

This was a perfect location for our family! The property was so clean and better than the pictures and description. It was ideal for three adults and 3 young kids. It was in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of a small market, really outstanding restaurants and easy access to public transportation. We were all comfortable and found all the necessary accommodations for our stay. Book your stay here for sure.

Fantastic up to date condo!!

We had a great stay in this beautiful up to date condo. The location was great - close enough to the waterfront, but far enough up on the hillside that we had a peaceful, quite stay. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from in walking distance. The condo was clean, beds were comfy, nice breeze at night and the AC in the loft worked well, check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy.

Fabulous Experience in Santos Neighborhood

This is a great place to stay when visiting Lisbon. We wanted to be away from the busy, touristy areas-but a short inexpensive Uber ride when we wanted to see the sites. Henrique is a great host with a beautiful, well equipped apartment. The place makes you feel like you live in Lisbon, instead of just visiting. Great restaurants a few blocks away. Henrique went well beyond what we expected to make our visit a success.

Comfortable Apartment in a Central Location

My family (4 adults and 2 children) had a lovely stay in this great apartment. The apartment was comfortable and spacious with a great loft and balcony to chill out in and admire the views. The apartment is centrally located with quick access to transport and is within walking distance of the city centre.

Great setup for a family of 6

The option upstairs was the setup for our group, which included 4 young adults. The bedrooms were comfortable and the apartment had air conditioning. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The entire setup was perfect for us. Our host was very accommodating.

Beautiful stay in a lovely neighborhood

We had a wonderful time at this location. The space itself is clean, sun-filled, and has plenty of amenities including laundry. The espresso machine was especially wonderful! The rooms were each nicely sized, and the upstairs area was perfect for hanging out. The ACs worked great, the accommodations were complete, and the view of the water from the upstairs balcony was a wonderful touch! Thanks to Henrique!
