Todo estuvo perfecto, el lugar esta a 5 minutos caminando de time out market, a 7 minutos caminando de barrio alto. La habitacion es super amplia y hermosa , tenia una cama king y ademas dos sofas grandes , cuidan hasta el mas minimo detalle, dos dias antes de mi estadia ya se habian comunicado conmigo en varias oportunidades , y de manera muy amable. Diogo e Ines, cuidan cada detalle, esta ultima estuvo al pendiente de mi en toda mi estadia. , de una manera super profesional y amable.

Recomiendo con los ojos cerrados este apartamento, tiene todo lo necesario y más. La verdad estuvimos muy contento y regresaríamos una y mil veces más. Este es el lugar para quedarse en Lisboa. Cuidan cada detalle, te reciben con un licor de cerezas, unas galletas, la mini refrigeradora cuenta con unos yougurts caseros espectaculares, los cuales me desayunaba todos los días antes de salir. En fin un espacio lleno de detalles, donde no les hace falta nada! Gracias Residentas Apostolos, por habernos hecho una estancia maravilosa!

Apartamento desaseado
Buenas tardes, Quiero expresar mi inconformidad con el servicio de este hotel y a continuación narrare los detalles: llegamos con mi familia a eso de las 15:30h y el apartamento estaba completamente desaseado. Luego de que llamara a la encargada, ella me informaba que efectivamente aún no habían podido limpiarlo, me pedía disculpas y me prometía que a las 17 horas ya estaría listo. No obstante, regresamos poco antes de las 19 horas y aún estaba la camarera aseándolo. Ella nos pedía disculpas y hasta nos llevo una botella de vino y además nos indicó el camino hasta el parqueadero que esta un poco retirado (sería injusto no decirlo..), sin embargo, eso no compensa el mal servicio.

The service was incredible. They keep you updated and answer any and all questions you have via Whatsapp. They are also extremely quick to address and fix any issues - in our case we weren't sure the coffee machine was working and they sent someone that same morning to check. The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious. It was well-stocked with lovely cutlery, dinnerwear, laundry and dish soap, and all toiletries you would ever need. The AC is not the most powerful but we were OK because there are at least 10 windows and lots of fresh air gets in. In terms of location it's between two metro stations (Cais do Sodre and Baixa-Chiado), and has tram and bus access. Very walkable and much quieter than areas like Rua Augusta.

Amazing Location. Good place to stay with the family . Lot of Dining options , Most Lisbon Attractions are either walkable or 10-12 mins by Taxi. The intercity train station is 10 mins away . The Grocery store is 2 mins away which is like a mini safeway for those in the US. They have a well equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer in the Unit. They don't really have anyone onsite but will respond immediately on Whatsapp.

The apartment is located in a beautiful historic building near the waterfront. It was walkable to many important sites and was near a plethora of good restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself was very modern and stylishly decorated with all the modern coveniences. We loved our stay in beautiful Lisbon.

Great property! Very responsive staff, which is highly appreciative when traveling. We love that it was near everything, otherwise uber/bolt was very cheap. But if you are staying with kids (which we stayed with a toddler) there might be lots of drunken and loud people walking about at night because the infamous pink street is down one block. But we felt safe the whole time.

I can’t recommend this property highly enough - our family was lovingly taken care of. Property managers were incredibly attentive to all our needs, and attention was paid to every detail to ensure we had a comfortable stay and a wonderful experience. Communication was constant and excellent – our questions were always answered, no matter how silly or crazy. 😉 Our apartment was on a simple but beautiful courtyard, well situated in close proximity to a number of wonderful dining, shopping and sightseeing options. The apartment was absolutely lovely, equipped with anything we might need during our stay. ❤️❤️ This was our first trip to Lisbon, and our stay at Residentas Apóstolos added so much enjoyment to our journey - hope to return here someday!!

Excellent place to stay. The room was very large and clean. It was a huge bonus to have a kitchenette and laundry machine. Lots of shopping and entertainment nearby. Plenty of sights around and very close to the train station and other transportation options.

The apartment was large,spacious and really comfortable. It was immaculately clean and very well equipped. We were able to cook a good meal in the kitchen. The decor is modern, but sympathetic to the building. It is in a lively area, but the sound proofed windows and shutters throughout meant you were not disturbed at night. Located close to train and metro station. A really great choice for a trip to Lisbon.

Family trip to Lisbon January 2024
We had a very enjoyable family vacation in Lisbon. Our stay at Residentas Apostolos was very comfortable and the amenities were top notch. It was the first time staying at an apartment type lodging. The managers communicated well with us with any questions and check-in and entry all went very smoothly. The location was ideal with many nice restaurants nearby as well as tram and metro lines. We would definitely come back to this place again.

Quick responses from staff. Very comfortable. Even though the building looks old on the outside, the inside is very modernized and makes you feel at home. Overall very good experience, but only one complaint being the coffee capsules given to us taste not very good.

This property is cozy and very clean. The owner surprised us with little breakfast table setup. The only thing that didn't like that the room didn't have a window to get a fresh air and I don't feel safe to keep the door open.

I stayed with my two adult daughters a week at this gorgeous apartment. With beautiful views from the old town. This apartment was in a perfect central area to restaurants, cafes and transportation. Walkable to many nice touristic places we wanted to see. Management was very friendly and helpful through WhatsApp and checked in on us several times to see if they could be of any assistance to make the stay a success. We will return with the whole family to explore more from this beautiful city and returning to this apartment for sure!!

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Lisbon & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The Residentas staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit pre and post the trip, execllent directions. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. We stayed at various hotels in Europe, but this place was very special and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere.

Although we were only in Lisbon for 2 nights, it was the perfect stop for us. Two beautiful bedrooms and 2 full baths with a comfortable living room and kitchen. Spacious and comfortable. Great location 1 block from pink street, easy walk to the waterfront and Lisbon's main attractions (as long as you like hills!). Despite the very popular evening attractions nearby, my room was quiet. The room was very well supplied with basic needs (milk, juice, coffee, olive oil, and cooking supplies). Great coffee shops nearby. Highly recommend the tapas restaurant right across the street on the steps - excellent food and service! Management kept good contact checking in via WhatsApp. Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Amazing property inside, beautiful suite, layout and amenities. Even though there is an elevator, be prepared for stairs inside to get to the bedroom on the top level. Recommend the person with the least suitcases. :) Vera was great and very welcoming. The only downside was the area around the building, a hostel & clubs nearby made for loud parties on the street until very late. A lot of garbage blowing around the street. That said, I would stay here again and wish I could stay longer.

The staff were very responsive and the location was superb. They offered to fix a broken bathroom door handle, left little notes and gifts and were ready with any instructions needed. We liked the decor and layout of the suite. There is a distinct smell of sewage and a lack of airflow. This is my primary reason for not booking in future. Perhaps the balcony upper floor rooms are better. Housekeeping left our front door open one day. That gave us a huge scare. Thankfully nothing was taken and we didn’t walk in to a stranger!

The location of this apartment was super convenient to many of the lisbon sights, restaurants and transport. It gets lively at night, but the doors and curtains muffle the sounds well. The space is large and comfortable, everything thats needed was there. The communication with staff was prompt and efficient. If I have one comment to note- the courtyard outside was being used by random party people as a toilet, therefore smelling of urine a bit. And in the morning, the grounds were sprayed with cleaning solution and hosed down, creating a pretty unpleasant smell. We tried to sit out with the morning coffee, but it was rather unpleasant. The good thing, there if a fantastic coffee and pastry shopright t on the corner.
