Our home comfortably houses 6 adults. Can be made as 2xdoubles & 2xsingles or as 3xdoubles on early request

Getting Around:

You can almost everywhere on foot. But in the case that you don't feel up to it or you want to go further afield there is great transport system called the BusCas and GiroBus. They are circular routes which take you to all the areas outside of the town centre as well as the out of town shopping mall and cinemas. Otherwise the train will take you to central Lisbon or catch the bus to Sintra from the bus station across the road den the train station.



Other Things to Note:

Special note: Please note: June & July rates have been reduced to reflect ongoing works taking place on the terraces above the apartment. Work will not affect any ability to use the apartment or the balcony, however, is could be noisy during working hours, generally between around 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM, with a break at lunchtime. There will be no works in the evenings or at weekends. We have adjusted the pricing accordingly and want to make sure guests are fully informed before booking. Expected to be noisy till end June and possibly into early July.



Pre-Arrival Form

All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before their stay.



Tourist Tax

A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date.

The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. Children under 13 are exempt.

You will receive an invoice for this tax in advance. This tax is mandatory and helps support local infrastructure and tourism services, as required by law.



Accommodation Details

All our properties are self-catering. However, we provide:

- All beds made with fresh linen and towels

- Basic amenities such as toilet paper and soap (for the first 1–2 days)

- If you need additional sets of linen or wish to hire baby or beach equipment, we offer a wide range of amenities. Feel free to ask us for more information, or check your guest area once you’ve booked.



Additional Services

- Airport transfers and day trips (including baby seats if needed) can be arranged—please contact us in advance.



House Rules

- No parties or loud music are allowed. Action will be taken if there are complaints about noise.

- Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise (TV, phone calls, etc.) to a minimum during this time.

- No additional guests are permitted without express permission from the management agency.

- No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.



Construction Noise Disclaimer - Potential Noise

Please note that other apartments in the building may start construction works at any time and potential noise may be an inconvenient and entirely beyond our control.

These works are carried out by third parties, entirely beyond our control, and we are unable to predict their timing, duration, or level of noise.

For this reason, we cannot accept responsibility or offer compensation for disruption caused by construction in the building or in the neighbourhood

Early Check-in:

Early check-in may be possible, subject to availability. The price varies depending on the hour of check-in.



Late Check-in Fees:

- From 20:00 to 23:00 – €30.00

- After 23:00 – €60.00
