Very spacious apartment with what be one of the best 360 degree views including the sea. Modern and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Die Küche bietet von Backofen, über Toaster und Kapselmaschine bis zur Heißluftfritteuse alles was man braucht. Cool ist das Spielzimmer mit grosem Fernseher und Billardtisch. Die Dusche befindet sich in einer Art Glaskasten quasi auf dem Balkon. Das ist cool, da man im 16. Stock nichts zu befürchten hat. Bei uns gab es allerdongs das große Problem, dass 3 Tage lang Handwerker auf dem Dach gearbeitet haben und der Zugang zum Dach direkt vor der Dusche / Badezimmer ist. Demnach konnten wir in dieser Zeit nicht sorglos duschen und die Toilette nutzen. Auch den Balkon konnten wir derzeit nicht nutzen, was extrem schade war, da ein Gerüst auf dem Balkon aufgebaut wurde.

We had the best stay here. Patricia was a dream to deal with, she is an absolute lady, so nice, so friendly and could not have been more accommodating. The photos do not do the apartment justice, it’s even nicer in real life! The view is amazing!! 10/10 would recommend, would stay here again in a heartbeat. Spacious, luxurious apartment with amazing views

This is a very spacious apartment for a 2 bedroom property with incredible views in all directions but especially across the ocean towards Lisbon. We stayed for 14 nights. Patricia was a very welcoming and friendly host who communicated well and could not have been more helpful. Being a top floor penthouse, it is private and quiet. The location is excellent with a small but adequate supermarket 100m across the road and a larger newly opened Pingo Doce about 10 mins walk away. The pretty town of Cascais is a pleasant 15 mins walk with countless bars and restaurants amid traditional architecture or the local marina a similar distance away with a contrasting modern and upmarket feel and plenty of nice restaurants. The train station is a 15 mins walk and a return ticket to the centre of Lisbon was 4.90. We had a great time and would definitely stay in Nick's apartment again.

Incredible Views!!

We stayed for one month at this amazing apartment in Cascais. The views are truly stellar, and if you enjoy an ocean view, this is the place for you! Penthouse unit, only flat on the top floor so very private. Tons of space, with an upstairs lounge game room and huge open plan living and dining room (with wraparound walls of glass to enjoy the view). Nick and Patricia were so kind and helpful before and during the stay. The house was very well stocked, with everything you’d need in the kitchen. Location is great, walk ten minutes to the sea or downtown area. Large grocery store also less than 10 min walk, as well as an organic shop just up the streets. Cafes and restaurants all within few blocks. Thank you so much for a really relaxing stay and a one of a kind apartment!

The best place to stay by far

This is a fantastic place to stay in all ways. Comfortable, spacious, superb views across Cascais and located in easy walking distance to all shops and transport links. This is just THE ideal spot to base yourself in, with friendly and accomodating hosts.

Spectacular views

Set in a quiet residential area but within easy walking distance of restaurants and bars the apartment has spectacular views of Cascais and beyond from its surrounding terrace areas. The views can also be enjoyed from inside through the floor to ceiling glass doors. Well equipped with an abundance of space and a very comfy bed! 😊

A beautiful penthouse in a beautiful seaside in greater Lisbon

My wife and I stayed at this 16th floor gem for just under 6 weeks, with other stays in Portugal before and after. All is precisely how Nick the owner describes in amenities. Patricia and her husband take good care of the place. The floor to ceiling windows, that can be rolled back, plus the two additional lofts give you a fairytail flat of just under 4000 Sq feet. Our stay in this amazing place will never be forgotten. We miss it already.

Cascais and Lisbon getaway

Wow!!!! This plaice was absolutely amazing. I used this flat for a father daughter trip to Cascais and Lisbon. This was out first time in the area. Getiting into the flat was very easy. They were accommodating with my late arrival. The apartment was cleaning and had everything that you could possibly want. We had not problems with any appliances TVs not working. We did laundry daily and dried it on the expansive and amazing balcony. You can come for the balcony by it self. It was huge and wrapped around the apartment. The views of Cascais were beautiful. There were chairs for sunning, a nice table to have breakfast out side. The apartment it self has huge glass sliding doors which allows you to open them up and feel like your outside. Having the 1/2 bath plus the full was also nice. The Kitchen was huge and you could easily cook in it. If we come back here again. I will definitely try and return to this apartment. Thank you Nick and Patricia for having us.

Not so good

As soon we arrive the apartment smell mold. The laundry machine and the refrigerator was duty. The smell was so strong in the laundry and manager put it to work for cleaning and and the machine star linking water to the kitchen floor. The kitchen was also not clean, but the smell force us to look for a Hotel.

Million dollar view

Fantastic 12 nights in Cascais in this beautiful penthouse. We loved the location in an up-market neighbourhood a little out of the central touristy area, though only a 10-15 minute stroll to the beach. Apartment was huge with a 360 degree wraparound terrace and a fantastic view of the bay, and all the way to Lisbon on a clear day. Lots of hi tech gadgets, even managed to see the Ryder cup on Sky. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic, we loved it. After 7 days of Lisbon 4 days in this great apartment and the beautiful but busy Cascais was prefect. Just book it. Patricia was amazing also. Worth 5 stars all day long.

The view alone is worth it!

Wake up every morning to the best view in Cascais! Having a cup of coffee and pastries in the morning on the rooftop patio cannot be beaten. One of the best pastry shops and market are steps away. Everything in Cascais is within walking distance. A terrific pool is at your disposal. And a bike shop right next door. You won't be disappointed.
