Tania is a fabulous host - super friendly and warm. The house is beautiful and it was amazing having pool access from all bedrooms.

Another wonderful stay at the Nira house. Spectacular home with beautiful views. Found it difficult to leave this peaceful place to venture out. Will be back for a third visit. Hosts were gracious and always available should you need anything.

Beautiful home very well equiped and located. Very close to beach and easy access to coastal towns. Manager owner is helpful and cheerful to guests. Spacious and modern w excellent pool. Awesome sunsets too from pool area.

The pictures don't do the house justice! It is even better in person. The location and size were excellent for our group of 9 people which included 3 kids under 12. 10 mins from Ericeira centre and 3 minutes from an incredible beach that has a pizza restaurant and cafe. The hosts are great communicators and extremely friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed Nira Beanch House. Tania was there to welcome us and took the time to show us everything. The place is well laid out and very modern and spacious. The house is well stocked with all the essentials (including charcoal for the BBQ) and a nice welcome package. Whenever we needed something Tania was a short call away and there is a book with all you need to know about the house and the area. All the bedroom are spacious with comfy beds and with your own sinks and most with their own bathroom. the pool area gives a great view of the ocean and the addition of the bikes was a bonus. given the terrain you might want to bring a helmet. We cannot say enough positive things about the place. There are lots of towels and even bath slippers for the pool area. There are games and even wine and port to purchase if needed. the house is a short walk to the beach and town. Great pizza and bar down by the beach. not to be missed on the weekend. Fantastic trails can be found all over for hiking. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect choice!

We were searching for Avella near Lisbon with a view and a pool that could accommodate six adults comfortably. This property was beyond our expectations. It is smartly, decorated and very spacious. We each had our own room and bathroom. The kitchen was perfect for us to work in as we all love to cook, and the large dining area was perfect for us to have our meals and enjoy painting holiday in Portugal. Our host was friendly and accommodating, and we look forward to booking with her again. The location Was convenient and located in a beautiful small town near the ocean. Every room had a view of the ocean and the beach was nearby. The local countryside is stunning and flowers are everywhere. It was a beautiful holiday for us and just what we wanted!

Très belle maison bien agencé et propre après le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas et le pire problème de cette maison c est là procédure a l arrivée j ai jamais eu cela sur toutes mes réservations énormément de papiers à remplir et a fournir , inadmissible

Fantastic!

Such a great house, a well designed modern villa with an incredible sea view. The house was spotless and well equipped with more or less everything we needed. Tania was very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. The area is nice and peaceful and only a short walk to the beach, but we did miss the lack of a shop within walking distance. We really hope to return soon!

What a wonderful house!

The house is incredible - beautiful views, lots of space, incredibly clean, well equipped. There is a lovely beach only 15 mins walk away and Ericeira only a 5-10 minute walk away. Tania is so lovely and communication is great - they clearly take a lot of pride in making sure guests have a wonderful stay.

Excellent place!

We were very happy about our stay - the house is really spacious and well equipped, the pool area and the view is amazing, you can walk to the beach and all in all the placement of the house is great for daytrips to nearby villages or beaches. Tânia and her husband were really nice people and the communication and check-in/out went very smooth. We can absolutely recommend this place! Thank you Tânia and Goncalo!

Belle maison bien située géographiquement

Accueil chaleureux par Tania. 8 adultes pour 15 jours. Proche d’Ericeira et de Lisbonne. Maison avec grand confort, très propre, bien équipée en intérieur et extérieur (transats). Réactivité parfaite (un souci de machine à laver) résolu très rapidement. Linge de lits changé chaque semaine. Je recommande cette location en toute confiance.

Enjoyable stay at Nira Beach House

I wish we could have stayed longer at this property. Tania met us at check in and walked us through the home. The rooms are spacious and very nicely furnished. Super clean, bathrooms were modern and we didn’t have to fight for hot water! The views are amazing and it was just a nice place to go back to after a day’s worth of sightseeing. Tania was very responsive and we really appreciated the guidebook with the information about the supermarkets and restaurants around town. One thing that we would suggest is to make at least one more copy of the key to the big gate and the front door so that if there are multiple families staying in the house, and they did separate activities, and one of them decide to go back to the house earlier than the others, they don’t have to worry about how to get back in. Also, instructions for the washer would be awesome! But overall, this is one of the best rentals we have been in. Thank you, Tania! We hope to come back one of these days.

High quality property, great location, very helpful hosts.

Nira Beach House was a perfect location for our family gathering. We were 10 in total- 3 couples, single, toddler and babies. The house was very well designed and set up for all to spend time together in the large communal lounge, dining and kitchen area whilst the bedrooms were private, comfortable and quiet. The communication with Tania and Gonçalo, was very easy and quick, and they were accommodating and flexible. Outside, the property is well set up with lounging areas, a great pool (a bonus even in December!) and views towards the coast. The nearest beach is easily walkable and has a nice café overlooking the sands. Lisbon, We had a fabulous week and Nira was altogether a great place to stay. Thank you.

Views and sunsets

Such a beautiful property and the view of the pool, mountains and ocean at sunset was so incredible. You’ll never want to leave but Ericeira and Sintra are very close as well as lots of amazing beaches. Can’t wait to go back!

Close to perfect!

The property was exactly as described, with a clean smallish pool, a pleasant 10 minute walk to the beach at Sao Juliao. Another 10 minutes walk and you can reach Foz de Liandro, with seafront restaurants, and another 20 minutes you can walk to Ericeira. At all of the beaches there is great sand and surfing opportunities. The property is clean, fairly new and well maintained. With all the facilities you need for a family vacation. Suprise extra was the games room with table tennis and minifootball. We hope to return.

We were a family of 5-6 plus a toddler 8 months old. The house accommodated us all well. An early morning Swim in the pool to BBQ dinner outside on the “back” and calm deck.

Great villa for a relaxing holiday

The villa was very clean and perfectly suited for big groups. We enjoyed the view, the pool, the two outdoor eating spaces and the games room! Beach within walking distance (but more for surfing than swimming) and just a short drive to more family friendly beaches/Ericeira. Sintra and other attractions accessible within 30-45 minutes. Great in terms of equipment and flexibility! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay

We had a wonderful 5 day stay at this beautiful spot. The house itself is meticulously clean, spacious and very well equipped with everything you might need, from kitchen supplies, to beach towels and an umbrella. Tânia was very warm and welcoming and was there to meet us and go through information. She also provided a book of local restaurants and activities. The pool was lovely and our kids (12 and 13) loved the game room and table tennis downstairs. We also loved the side patio with morning sunshine— perfect for sipping coffee and reading a book. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the closest beach, and we had a great day there. There’s also a spot on the hillside (10 min walk) where we watched the sunset— absolutely lovely! There’s another beach nearby with a river, which is a perfect way to get in the water (especially for young families with kids) when the waves on the shore are too big. We rented a car and it was a great location for day trips to Sintra, Cascais and Mafra. We’d love to come back and bring more family with us next time! Amazing stay! Thanks again, Tânia & Gonçalo!

Fabulous Villa!!

We had an amazing holiday in this beautiful Villa, the house was clean, spacious, very comfortable and the views to the ocean were incredible. Brilliant location only a short walk to the nearest beach and only a short drive to Ericeira where there are shops and supermarkets. Tânia was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. If we come back to Portugal in the future we would definitely rent this Villa again. Thank you for an amazing holiday 😊
