Dear guest, we inform you that from the 1st of January 2019 the Lisbon City Council will update the payment of the municipal tourist tax from 1 € to 2 € per person / night, to all guests aged 13 years and over, until a maximum of 7 € per person. Not included in the total price and to be paid in the accommodation in cash, on arrival.

In June, Alfama hosts the Festas dos Santos Populares in honor of Santo António, the matchmaker and patron of Lisbon. During the month of June, day and night, the streets of Alfama are full of aromas, sardine stalls, music and color, inviting you to live this month with all the joy and animation. If you identify with such a unique experience, this apartment is the ideal place to live like a local! ---- THE NEIGHBORHOOD ----
Strolling in Alfama is to feel the pulse of the Portuguese soul: Fado, and witness the art of welcoming people from Lisbon. In this one of the most typical and safe neighborhoods in Lisbon, you want to discover the restaurants, bars, shops or terraces, and linger in every corner where color and entertainment reign and where people of all generations are always welcomed with joy. .

In the streets and alleys that surround the apartment there are plenty of invitations to contemplate the traditional atmosphere and rhythm of this emblematic neighborhood. On every corner, you can hear Fado sing, which makes staying in this neighborhood even more unique.

The apartment is located about 600 meters from the nearest metro station (Santa Apolónia - blue line) and about 15 minutes walk from the historic city center.
The most interesting points of the city can and should be visited on foot, on a tour that is a delight for the senses.
Very close, within walking distance, you can find:
- Santo Estevão viewpoint, Portas do Sol viewpoint and Santa Luzia viewpoint, with magnificent views over the city and the river;
- Fado Museum;
- National Pantheon;
- Lisbon Cathedral;
- São Jorge Castle and the landscape to lose sight of Lisbon;
- Terreiro do Paço that takes you for a walk along the Tagus river and to visit the recently opened Mercado da Ribeira;

After confirming the reservation, you will need to provide us with some personal identification data. This information will subsequently be communicated by us to the Immigration and Borders Service (SEF), thus fulfilling a legal requirement required for companies that operate hotel establishments, complementary means of tourist accommodation and tourist complexes, as well as those that provide accommodation for citizens of the country. foreign.
Those who do not provide the requested data will not be able to stay in the apartment.

- Apartment located on the 2nd floor, without elevator. Not suitable for heavy suitcases, babies and people with reduced mobility.

- We are flexible with the check in and check out hours, unless there is overlapping times with entries and exits. In these cases, check in is from 3pm and check out is until 11am.

- Late check in (after 8pm) has an extra cost of 20 €.
- Check in carried out only until 11pm.

-We want our guests to feel at home, enjoying the space at their leisure, but taking care to leave it as they found it so that others can also enjoy a good experience in the apartment.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (only on the balcony).

Accommodation of persons other than the guests mentioned in the reservation is prohibited.

It is forbidden to make noise after 10pm.

At Check-Out, the garbage must be left in the trash can outside; the dishes used must be washed and we ask for your attention to turn off appliances and lights.
