Schöner Altbau. Schimmel im Bad mit unangenehmen Geruch. Sehr sterile Einrichtungen die nicht sehr einladend wirkte. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Teilweise sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Stellplatz fürs Auto. Man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Innenstadt und mit dem Auto schnell auf den Schnellstraßen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et cela a commencé dès le chaleureux accueil que nous a offert le personnel. Le studio qui nous a été attribué était très propre et bien équipé. Au delà de ça, la localisation est idéale : possible de récupérer le métro/et les différents bus à tout moment et à tout endroit. Également plein de supermarchés à proximité, donc nous n’avons manqué de rien. Bref, le séjour était parfait, nous revenons avec des étoiles plein les yeux !

I found it weird they asked, even forced us, to provide my cvc code of my credit card. Charged us 100 euro extra for a toddler wchich sleeps in between parents. We didn't feel welcome, they only talked about money and charges.The place itslef was clean, but the seat and shower looked disgusting... not the worst place, but next time i would skip myself.

We loved our 6 night stay at Morgan Jupiter Apartments. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, letting us leave our luggage in their office before we checked in, giving us restaurant recommendations, giving us extra kitchen items that we needed for cooking, and transferring us to another room after a water leak sprung in our bathroom ceiling! The entire apartment complex was recently renovated, is modern, and in a beautiful building. Our apartment was very comfortable, beautifully designed, with high ceilings that give it a spacious feeling, had a nice modern kitchen with a clothes washing machine and drying rack, microwave/oven, induction stovetop, beautiful furniture in the separate bedroom and living room, a comfortable bed/pillows/sheets, plenty of closet space, and a modern bathroom/shower. The location in Lisbon City Center/business district, near the Marquis de Pombal monument, is very central, although there aren't a lot of cheap dining options nearby, so be prepared to go outside of the neighborhood if you want cheaper meals. This is a high rent, upscale neighborhood, with only pricey restaurants nearby. If you're on a budget, look to other neighborhoods for cheaper meals! One restaurant we liked that's only 4 blocks away is called Honest Greens. Delicious, organic ingredients, but not cheap. Overall, one of the nicest apartments we've ever stayed in, with a superb, kind, and helpful team of staff that run the operation. Thank you Eduardo, Katerina, & Theresa!

Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und modern. Das Apartment liegt im Herzen von Lissabon. Alles, was man braucht – Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäfte – ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Perfekt für Erkundungstouren! Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Morgan-Jupiter Apartments ein voller Erfolg. Wenn Sie nach einer komfortablen, zentral gelegenen Unterkunft in Lissabon suchen, sollten Sie hier unbedingt buchen. Ich komme gerne wieder! 🌟🇵🇹

Das Apartment war ausreichend groß, mit allem notwendigen ausgerüstet und sehr sauber. Die Lage war auch okay, da Restaurants, Supermärkte aber auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen waren. Einziger Mängelpunkt war das Badezimmer, welches etwas größer sein könnte und etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten wären besser gewesen

I love how it was in a quiet neighborhood and it felt like more like a home than a hotel which was my favorite part. It’s really comfortable and has everything you need like a kitchen, hangers, and lots of storage space

We stayed here for a week in March with another couple. It was superb. It is situated in a great location. You are in walking distance of many local attractions. 2 minute walk to groceries, cafés and local restaurants. Parking is available on-site. The building is very clean, bright and safe. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor and accessible by stairs or 2 elevators. The staff is very friendly and very courteous. The apartment is well equipped with a kitchen, small appliances, and everything you need. It had a balcony and was very comfortable. We will definitely be back to Lisbon and Morgan-Jupiter will be our choice once again for accomodations.

Séjour agréable, très bon accueil à la réception. Appartement bien agencé, manque quelques équipements dans la cuisine par exemple et il y avait une légère fuite sous le lavabo de la salle de bain. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons ce logement.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni nel mese di marzo utilizzando il monolocale superior, l appartamento era pulito le stoviglie e gli asciugamani sufficienti, la posizione comoda alla metro rato ed ai bus ed ai supermercati. Forse unica pecca mancava una base d appoggio nel bagno, per il resto ci siamo trovati davvero bene ci ritornerei volentieri

In the beginning I really enjoyed my stay. However, later on in the stay, the water boiler broke at 4:30am in the morning. There was nobody there for help to atleast pick up the phone for emergencies. I had texted, sent multiple videos, tried to call the police it would not allow me there and I did not even know the number to dial either. It was hot so there was a button on the wall to I am assuming to call atleast the ambulance. Glass broke off, pressed the button no one cared. I feel as a facility there should be someone there or take over night calls in case of an emergency at least and the button on the wall should have worked to have the ambulence come. Unsure why that did not happen. Then when I tried to communicate in "their hours of operations" at 9:30am in the morning I was given unnecessary attitude when asked if they received my messages, and videos. Was told "all of our office equipment is wet so we did not" yet somehow the phone is working the very phone they use to send messages and texts to. It really infuriated me. Everything else aside from that was fine before all of that. They fixed it approximately around 2 days later which is good. But I had to literally spend money on a hotel which cost alot of money. Thankfully though the hotel and Morgan Jupiter will refund me my money. Which was good but not all hotels do that so it was very scary doing all of this in a foreign country with no one to call or came other than the neighbors and I was super lucky with him

Muito bom. Alem de área super segura, boa limpeza do ambiente - porém não é feita no apartamento, apenas troca toalhas e oferecem materiais de limpeza (sabão roupas, líquid, loucas, papel higiênico) Responsáveis pelo atendimento recepção super solícitos. Apartamento funcional/utilitário , espaço bom e área com várias supermercados, poucos metros da praça Marquês de Pombal e da Avenida Liberdade. Conforto com elevador, maquina de lavar....próximo de ponto ônibus , mercado. Metrô , museus, praças , restaurantes etc

I think overall the Morgan Jupiter is a fine establishment. The apartments are beautiful, well equipped and perfectly located. My only annoyance was the prevalence of paid adons. They are all fairly priced but it gives an impression of booking a low cost flight to find out you need to pay for water. I would come back but I would happily pay 15$ more a night and not have to worry constantly about little extras looming over my head. Staff was still super pleasant and nice.
