Demasiado complicado el check in, super dificil la salida en la mañana teniamos que salir demasiado temprano para la estacion y todas las salidas estaban con llave, tuvimos que bajar un monton de escaleras con todas las maletas

NO tiene vsiats al rio
La casa/habitación NO tiene vistas como nos vendieron. Solo tiene un ventana colocada a 2 metros de altura. Llamamos al responsable del establecimiento, vino a ver la ausencia de visats, nos dijo que teniamos razon en las condiciones de reserva....pero nunca mas se supo.

APARTAMENTO CONFORTABLE Y BIEN SITUADO
AL SER UN APARTAMENTO SIN RECEPCIÓN AL PRINCIPIO RESULTA UN POCO CONFUSO,PERO LUEGO YA LE COGES EL TRUCO Y TODO PERFECTO. LA ÚNICA PEGA ES QUE EL BAÑO HUELE UN POCO A DESAGÜE, PERO NO CREO QUE SEA PROBLEMA DEL APARTAMENTO PORQUE EN LA CALLE TAMBIÉN HUELE. ESTA BIEN SITUADO Y TIENE JUSTO AL LADO UN SUPERADO.

Un lugar acogedor para una visita de corto-medio
El Apartahotel es muy céntrico, y hemos quedado muy contentos con el confort y con la estancia en general. Es bastante amplio, tiene unas vistas asombrosas que dan al puerto de Lisboa y tiene absolutamente de todo para poder vivir los días que hagan falta en unas condiciones perfectas. Todo está centralizado con codigos, y el primer día quizá es un poco lioso porque el ascensor, la puerta principal y el apartamento llevan códigos. Excepto eso muy recomendable, tiene incluso servicio diario de limpieza y recogida de escombros.

Bién situado , nuevo y moderno. No hay recepción pero con las claves que nos dieron por correo pudimos entrar y salir sin ningún problema.

Buena opción.Muy céntrico.Muy nuevo.
Satisfechos con la elección, aunque el cuarto de baño un poco oscuro y el cierre de una ventana averiado, y no cerraba. Por lo demás muy bien.

Estrenamos el apartamento, ubicación perfecta, el barrio alto el mejor, 120 metros de apartamento de lujo. a 30 metros aparcamiento a 13 €/día, ojo el de la plaza camoes no, el otro en la misma calle, atención y limpieza, todo perfecto, un 10

Great apartments. Very big, clean and with great facilities. The communication with them could have been better. We were told we would receive an email 24 hours before our stay with details of how to check in. But we had to chase this information all through the travel day and eventually ring them in Portugal to make sure we actually had the apartment. This bit needs to be improved.

Building lift was out of order for duration of stay. The rest of my experience was excellent, a great view from my apartment which was large, comfortable and with everything I needed to make my stay easy and relaxing.

This property was great, the location was perfect walkable distance from everything, for us the only negative thing I can add is when we can the elevator was not working and we were given a 3rd floor property, with a heavy suitcase 😖 but the rest, it was all perfect!

The place was spartan. Beds worn were the springs would pop and jolt you. AC upstairs was a joke. Alarm for floods in shower went off when wiping floor. No way to disarm. And it went off because shower head was broken spraying water everywhere. Shower wash gel container half worked. Lots of towels though. Everything else worked well. Clothes washer dryer was only a washer. But with AC not working drying clothes in room worked really well. Overall ok place but just ok.

Amazing! LOCATION! LOCATION! CLEAN! It’s a nice size appartment with a washer machine, separate bedroom (upstairs) - the cleaning ladies where very professional and sweet. There is a main door to the appartments and a library, so during day time you don’t need a code to the building but you need it to the elevator! Wifi code it’s behind the main door **

Great space for a group,
We got to the apartment, managed to easily use the check in based on instructions sent. Was amazed by the amount of space in the apartment and kitchen was well equipped. For us the roof terrace and view was the best part! Great location for getting to lots of restaurants and bars. A few things let the property down, lots of window locks etc were broken, we couldn’t really get the AC to do anything so we had some warm nights. Could do with a freshen up and a clean in general and there was some noise from other apartments but overall was well with the money for us

It took us over 30 minutes to enter our room. The virtual kiosk wasn’t working and had to be rebooted. Upon entering the room , we were greeted with a sauna. The heat was on 28 degrees Celsius. It took us 15 minutes to turn off the downstairs heater. It was impossible to turn off the upstairs heating unit. I tried to sleep in this suffocating room with the window wide open. There was mold in the bathroom and refrigerator.

L’appartement mériterait une rénovation complète (peintures, décoration etc) Une des salles de bains sent très mauvais et la cuisine également. L’appartement n’était pas prêt à notre arrivée et surtout pas propre du tout. Vraiment dommage étant donné son emplacement au pied de l’elevador da bica ainsi que sa superbe terrasse avec une vue superbe sur la ville. Elle aussi manque de style et n’est pas exploitée. C’est appartement refait intérieur et extérieur serait top !! Dommage !!

I got stuck in Lisbon because of a flight delay..booked this place .very Nice view .. has a balcony . Really really close to everything , restaurants , stores (designer stores) clubs bars , museums , walking distance to everything important .Apartment was clean.host was fast to reply . Sewage smell but great location.
Great location, virtual check in is a joke and hardly works. Unfortunately our room’s bathroom stank of sewage so both of us had to use the other bathroom. Roof terrace was lovely with a fantastic view. Bed squeaked so badly that I woke up at 5am.

Great location to the bairro alto area. Walking distance to all the bars and restaurants and shopping. Very spacious. The only downside is the stairs to go bedroom from within the apartment. And if you need to use the bathroom at night, you need to take those stairs.

Appartement particulièrement dégoûtant. La salle de bain était infecte avec des taches dans la baignoire et dans le lavabo. Il y a du moisi tout autour de la baignoire. La cuisine est sale et il y a des taches sur tous les murs. Nous avons retrouvé un emballage de préservatif dans le canapé !! Une honte !!! Le canapé est vraiment très sale et dégage une odeur très forte. La femme de ménage n’est pas venu pendant deux jours. Plus jamais nous ne viendrons dans cet hôtel
