Bon emplacement pour visiter Lisbonne

Nice apartment in Lisbon

Nice modern flat conveniently located near subway and supermarket with about 25 min walking distance to the center. We enjoyed drinking vino verde in the evenings on the apartment's own terrace. The owner is super helpful and friendly.

Welcome to Portugal!

Omar‘s apartment was the perfect place for us to experience Lisbon as our starting place for a month in Portugal. We stayed in Lisbon for 4 nights before heading south to explore southern Portugal.It was a quick 30-45minute downhillwalk to the city center, which we preferred because the weather was so nice. Coming home/uphill, was a five minute Bolt or Uber ride! The local transport was nearby, also.The one bedroom apartment had everything we wanted:A comfortable king sized bed A closet with a locking safeA small, well equipped kitchen Nespresso!A nonslip shower with hot water and great water pressure A lovely large patioAn elevator A garage space for a car should you need itAn exterior building door with security Omar was the perfect host and was always available to answer any questions we might have.Thank you,Omar, for a lovely welcome to Lisbon and Portugal!

Perfect location, excellent host

Prior to arrival Omar communicated regarding arrival time and our plan. He met us at the apartment and gave us a quick tour then we went for coffee just down the street and he shared a few “must do” and “must try” locations for both places and meals. His recommendations were spot on! The weather didn’t allow us much time to use the balcony but it was a lovely space to enjoy the Lisbon sun and relax a bit. We had a small Snafu and accidentally left some documents in the safe and immediately upon contacting Omar he was on his way to meet us at the apartment so we could obtain them. I can’t say enough good things. We felt welcomed and the apartment was less than 2 blocks from the metro station and restaurants! You will definitely enjoy your stay!

Lisbon adventure

The property is very nice and was spotless. It's a small place, but has everything we needed. The location is a block from the Metro station, which we used to travel around Lisbon. The host was in contact with us from the time we booked and even brought a birthday cake for my husband's 65th, which we greatly enjoyed.

Amazing host and apt

You can't go wrong staying at any of Monir Omar's apts. He is an amazing host! Met us at the apt. Showed us the features and how to access building. Had a map of Lisbon with many different recommendations of what to see and how to get there. Sent screenshots of metro system and other places to visit. Even arranged for transportation back to airport for us. He thinks of everything! Apt is fully equipped and super clean. 5 mins walk to metro station and 10 mins drive to airport and train station.

Great location for getting around the city

Firstly Monir the owner is a great host. He was on hand to check us in and make sure all was OK for our visit.He then went on to give some hints and tips about what to do in and around Lisbon which was really helpful. He was always available should we need anything urgently!I have only given 4 stars as there are a few things we feel need to be addressed going forward one is that there are a few items of furniture that need tidying up and a couple of cosmetic decorating things to do. The other was that the sofa bed in the lounge was rather uncomfortable as a sofa! One final thing Monir if you could find a way of fitting a light in the shower enclosure that would really helpful.On the whole a great location and good apartment with a secure access.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt in fantastischer Wohnung

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in der wirklich schönen Wohnung. Omar hat uns herzlich Willkommen geheißen und war sehr flexibel was unsere Eincheckzeit betraf. Er hat uns alles super erklärt und sich viel Zeit auch für Tipps in und um Lissabon genommen.Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, alles, was man benötigt ist in der Nähe.Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Everything was comfortable and convenient. Munir communicated and was reachable throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond to make sure his guests have a good time in portugal. The oversized patio was perfect and enough space for 1 or 2 people comfortably. Close to everything and metro.

Super Location

Started off well with Omir meeting us at the apartment for a very thorough explanation of everything relating to the apartment and neighborhood. He was an excellent communicator. The apartment was neat, well equipped (especially the kitchen), and large enough for two people. The balcony area was especially nice for meals if weather permits. Neighborhood is safe and ideally located for transportation (Ubers plentiful, short distance to the Metro), and has everything you need--grocery store, bakeries, pharmacies, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

Central Lisbon

To start our host Omar is 6 stars alone! Met us at the unit and walked us thru every thing. You need “anything” and Omar is there. PS thank for the Birthday cake for my wife. The unit is in a good location, but we used Uber to go anywhere. The deck was huge and a great place to spend the evening after a day on the town. Stop at the nearby grocery and pick up food and port. The unit has a mini split in the bedroom, but it cool the entire unit. This was a great place to stay. Last note surprisingly quiet

Want best local restaurants without crowds? An apartment that has everything, including beautiful deck and a full serious gym you csn go to for a small fee, this is the place! Munir is also a superhost and will give you a wonderfuloverview of everythingaround you!

Very clean, quiet apartment

First, I'll start by saying what a great host Omar is! He was great communicating with us before we arrived and greeted us when we arrived. He walked us through the apartment to explain everything, then gave us a map and pointed out several local attractions and gave us the lay of the land. The apartment itself was perfect for us, and it was very nice to have a king sized bed. It's in a somewhat busy area, but you wouldn't know it when inside because we heard very little street noise. The highlight is definitely the terrace - it was a great spot to sit and enjoy a drink before heading out for the evening. The only potential negative depending on what you're looking for is the location. It's a more residential and/or commercial area, so there isn't a lot of nightlife, bars and restaurants to walk to. It isn't Alfama or Barrio Alto, for sure! It was fine for us, as we wanted some peace and quiet, and the livelier neighborhoods are just a short and cheap Bolt ride away. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future trip!

Great Apartment

We stayed for a week in late June 2024 and the check in was fantastic. Omar took a good amount of time to explain the apartment and the surrounding areas which was very helpful. The apartment has eveything you could want for a week long stay (except groceries which you have to buy if you are going to cook - we didn’t). The outside deck is huge and comfortable. Good for the morning sun and cooler in the evenings. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The laundry washing machine came in super handy and drying the clothes in the outer deck was good. The apartment is new, clean and quiet.
