Excelente hotel
Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, resulta fácil desplazarse a cualquier sitio, tiene una línea de metro al frente, hay una variedad gastronómica muy buena en sus alrededores y el sector es bastante agradable, suele haber bastante tráfico vehicular.

Hotel un poco alejado del centro pero muy jien comunicado para ir a todos los sitios. Nosotros preferíamos tener tranquilidad en la zarza na que no eñ bullicio del centro, donde los hoteles por igual o más precio , son peores. El hotel muy nuevo, limpio ,cuidado y moderno. Deberia ser un 4 estrellas y no un 3. La piscina es más grande de lo que sale en las fotos. Las habitaciones espaciosas y silenciosas. El personal,joven y amable. Un hotel muy recomendable!

Hotel muy buen situado y cómodo
Buena situación,enfrente del metro Saldanha y a 5 paradas del centro histórico. Cama muy grande y cómoda.Piscina en última planta que se agradece en los meses de calor. Volvería a este hotel si paso por Lisboa.

Le petit déjeuner est loin d être a la hauteur du prix .pour 40 € a deux . Ce prix est presque le prix d’ un repas entré plat dessert plus vin dans de bons restaurants de Lisbonne

Great place to stay, we stayed for 5 nights, would recommend anyone to stay there. I would’ve given a 5star rating, but I thought that daily housekeeping could’ve done a better job of for what you pay for this hotel

We stayed for 5 nights, It a nice hotel to stay for that time, and would recommend for anyone to stay there. Very quiet, bed was comfy, got clean towels everyday but the daily house keeping needs improvement. I would’ve gave it a 5 stars if it wasn’t for the house keeping

We enjoyed the service at the desk and all the final touches that they do in our room, also the subway is 10 meters away and we were able to go anywhere and Lisbon. The only if would be the breakfast menu does not change although very good.

My friend and I loved our room— first time having a two floor suite! Why it’s not a perfect rating then? There was a very strong sewage and/or mold smell coming from the far corner (the other side of the shower) of the room— by the TV. It would get really bad at night for some reason that it woke me from my sleep— I thought it was a gas leak at one point. I highly recommend either getting the pipes and/or the floor checked— maybe water is leaking— or see if a ventilation system can be placed in the shower; noticed there wasn’t any place for the steam in the bathroom to go.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel has easy access to the bus and subway station with a direct connection to the airport which was great. But no/poor Internet connection in the room.

From the night we arrived until we left 4 days later, the reception staff were very attentive. They gave good recommendations for places to eat, attractions to visit and the best way to get to them. We had a couple of small issues during our stay and staff endeavoured to sort these for us as soon as possible. At the time of booking we thought the breakfast was a little on the expensive side and found a place across the road for a selection of breakfast options. The room was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you for making our first time in Lisboa a pleasant experience. We would stay in Hotel White again without hesitation.

Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy. Staffs were superb. They were all welcoming, very attentive, and always tried to meet the requirements. The only thing that can be improved was bathroom; the water pressure for shower was a bit low and drain for basin was slow.

Perfect Weekend stay in Lisbon
Perfectly clean, tastefully decorated, budget hotel in a good location in Lisbon. Metro just outside, plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Attentive and friendly staff, the little surprise at checkout was a nice touch to end the stay. We will definitely recommend and be back next time !

Staff were amazing. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. We would highly recommend. It is steps to the Metro making it convienient to get around. About 20 min and you are im Rossio square in the heart of Lisboa's tourist attractions. They replenished water daily and gave a gift when we checked out.

The best part of the property was the location - right next to the train station. The worst part had to be the housekeeping. It was terribly inconsistent. One day we would find the water replaced, another day nothing. One day our towels would be replaced, another day left there. One day the cups would be washed, another day the cups would be taken away completely and not replaced. Additionally, housekeeping had a really bad habit of talking on their phones on speaker all through the morning while they were working on other rooms. We could hear everything (including whatever was coming out through the phone's speakers), which was not a pleasant experience. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel for their poor service levels.

Decent sized clean rooms in Saldanha, a modern building right next to the Metro station. Helpful staff, though they gave us 2 identical rooms for different category (and priced) rooms we booked. Not sure if we ended up overpaying. Overall price is quite high for what's offered and other comparable places.
