Such a great location! We were in the heart of it all. Apartment had lots of great, open space. Loved our evening cocktails in the park.

With such great reviews, and prior apartment rental experience , this was such a disappointment. 1. Pillows were terrible. There was 1 extra pillow that was yellow. 2. Nothing in shower to hold your shampoo, conditioner, etc, it had to be placed on the floor 3. Dishwasher is very convenient, except they leave no pods to run it. Any other apartment I have rented the basics get left. 4. Hair was found in 2 out of 3 showers, a q tip was on the bathroom floor, and there was a pile in the first floor bedroom of dust and hair that I had to clean up. 5. Linens smelled 6. Floor under couches dusty and not cleaned Location is excellent but cleanliness and comfort leaves little to be desired.

Nice place, very poor customer service

The apartment is very clean and centrally located and overall is a very nice unit. One of the bedrooms did not have a functioning door handle and wood lock people from the inside. My wife and I got stuck in a room multiple times throughout the visit. Within one hour of being in the unit, I communicated this issue to the property manager. To the credit they did promptly asked me to send them a video of the malfunctioning door handle and locking mechanism. That was the last we heard of them for four days until the day we were checking out. This created quite a safety hazard as well as a massive inconvenience as we had to have other members of the

Great location; nice layout

We stayed there with our family of 5 adults in April for 4 nights. The property is as described and in a great location! When planning a trip, in addition to checking the temp, remember to also check the precipitation. April is a RAINY month is Lisbon.

Amazing location, great bedrooms and bathrooms! Tons of space

My friends and I had an amazing time in Lisbon here. 6 of us total, 3 couples, each couple had a queen bed and a bathroom which was super nice. Tons of space in the living and dining area. Washing machine with drier function, drying rack and heater and fan, good kitchen but a bit small. No issues at all with check in, great communication if we had any issues or questions. Location is amazing like 4 min to bus stop and walking distance to anything downtown.

Great Location

I don't think we could get a better location than this condo. We were close to great food, shopping, and tourist sites. The home has air conditioning in every room, so we were able to stay comfortable during the peak heat of the day. For those who are able, walking to places to eat, shop, and see was easy and just a short distance. Yes, everything is up or down hill from here. For those who don't enjoy walking, Uber was readily available for a modest price. Home amenities were reliable. The all in one washer/dryer was convenient, but you will need to hang your clothes for additional drying (European standard practice). Summary: Fantastic home for an extended stay in Lisbon.

Nice apartment in a great location.

This apartment met all of our needs, large enough for a family of five, and great location. The apartment is well appointed, clean with plenary of light. It’s a rental property with IKEA furniture. We had a nice time in Lisbon and that is all that matters. After reading the reviewers I hoped that the AC would work and it performed flawlessly. I would. Have given this apartment a 5 but it does need some maintenance. The door in one of the upstairs bedrooms cannot be opened from the inside, this is a hazard! The downstairs bathroom needs to be caulked, water leaks everywhere. As I said it’s a rental and all it needs is maintenance. I would recommend this apartment as it met all our needs.

A short break cut even shorter due to apartment not being cleaned!

This review is given after contacting the company a total of 6-8 times to answer our complaint all of which have been ignored. We arrived in Lisbon to find our apartment had not been cleaned and therefore we could not begin our much anticipated break until this had been done. The cleaner arrived around 3.30 (30 mins after our contractual time for key handover). Obviously, after a very rushed clean, the property did not meet our expectations on cleanliness. We had half used toiletries in the bathroom, only enough toilet roll for the evening, the rug had not been properly vacuumed and in general the property did not meet the pristine conditions you would expect when paying such a premium price. Added to this, the lock on one of the bedrooms was broken and consequently two of the guests could not get out of the room and had to wake guests in order for the door to be opened, One of the showers had very low water pressure making it difficult for 2 of the guests to shower. The coffee table in the lounge had a piece missing from it. The apartment needed some maintenance and all of these problems were brought to the management’s attention. In summary, the apartment is in the most amazing location but all the points mentioned above detracted from our stay. We paid a very premium price for an inadequate stay. We lost a few hours of our first day which had the knock on effect of losing our evening’s entertainment. We would never book with Guest Ready again!
