This charming 100 m² two-bedroom apartment in Rossio offers a perfect retreat for families seeking comfort, space, and style.

The bright and inviting living area is thoughtfully furnished with a style that blends modern and traditional, where you can enjoy a comfortable sofa, television, and the balcony with views of the scenic São Jorge Castle.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious homemade meals, with a stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and all the necessary kitchen utensils to make your culinary experience effortless. The dining room is perfect for sharing family meals, taking advantage of the spacious table and the family-friendly atmosphere.

The accommodation features two magnificently decorated bedrooms. Both rooms have a queen-size bed and desks perfect for guests traveling on business. All beds are dressed with quality linens to ensure restful nights and peaceful sleep.

The property includes a well-equipped bathroom, thoughtfully stocked with towels and toiletries to ensure a worry-free and comfortable stay.

Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and access is by stairs, making it unsuitable for those with mobility limitations.

Located in the epicentre of Lisbon's history and cultural life, this accommodation places you just steps away from the famous Bairro Alto and the elegant Chiado. The neighbourhood's energy is unparalleled: during the day, enjoy the sophistication and traditional commerce of Chiado, with its historic bookstores, theatres, and iconic cafés. In the late afternoon, the area transforms, offering the authentic Lisbon nightlife experience with numerous intimate bars and Fado houses. This area provides a complete immersion in the pulse of the capital, where every narrow street hides a new discovery.

Your stay will be enriched by the proximity to iconic attractions. You will be a short walk from viewpoints like São Pedro de Alcântara, which offers stunning panoramic views over the Baixa and São Jorge Castle. Other landmarks such as Largo do Chiado, Praça Luís de Camões, and the famous Rua Garrett are just around the corner. For a cultural experience, the Baixa Pombalina and Avenida da Liberdade are easily accessible on foot, allowing you to explore museums, galleries, and some of the most exclusive shops in the city.

Besides being the perfect starting point for exploring Lisbon, the location offers excellent connectivity for your getaways. Through the public transport network, it is incredibly easy to access two of Portugal's most beautiful destinations: the towns of Sintra and Cascais. Thus, you can enjoy the cosmopolitan energy of the capital and, at the same time, take day trips to discover the romantic architecture of Sintra and the elegant beaches of Cascais.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car, although parking is limited.

The nearest metro station, Restauradores and Rossio, is just a 5-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 32-minute drive from the property.

We require all guests to fill out a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, which is in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

For first-time use, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo, and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish detergent, and a trash bag. If you need extra cleaning or linens, please let us know; we will be happy to provide it for an additional cost.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of tobacco, ashes, etc.)

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will be applied, with a limit of €80 included.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, loss of keys, or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linens: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included)."
