Wonderful balcony- amazing views! Spacious apartment,quiet location. Well equipped kitchen.Very comfortable bed, high end bedding and towels. Caution- elevator is very small and has mirrors which is disorienting-take a small step inside and stop! The building is at the top of a steep hill but view is worth the climb!

Beautiful view and very clean. I was only in town for 1 evening and wish I had more time. Check in was easy. Located on a steep hill, as many places are in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Not even a decent coffee to start the day, bathroom sink plugged, shower running all over the bathroom floor, cheap shower curtain all stuck to your body, most expensive accommodation on our trip, great View

Well-appointed, very comfortable, with great views!

This is a very nice apartment with amazing views of the Tagus River and Pantheon, with sunrise and sunset views each day. The steep, cobblestoned Graca location is best for billy goats, but Uber is readily available so you can get anywhere quickly and cheaply. Unlike a hotel, when you run out of something, you must replenish it. You can't just "call the guy." However, GuestReady is responsive whenever you have questions. The up-and-coming location has not exactly arrived, but the views make up for any shortcomings. Better for the young and hip, than the old with bad hips.

Apartment with a view

We had a fabulous week exploring Lisbon from this clean and well located apartment within walking distance to museums, overlooks and lively restaurants. Washer and dryer and nice kitchen made it easy for us. Thank you!

Très décevant!!

L’appartement semblait parfait avant de l’avoir vu! Mais malheureusement la propreté n’était pas au rendez-vous! Les rideaux et surtout les nombreux tapis étaient sales et sentaient mauvais! Les fixtures au plafond étaient sales. Des dizaines de mini fourmis dans l’entrée et salle de bain qui d’inondation après chaque douche.

Delightful place

We loved the place and the view. It was lacking in amenities such as shampoo, lotion, tissues, and coffee. The key process to get in was almost impossible. We arrived in the evening and the lockbox code was almost unreadable, even with a flashlight. The streets are pretty steep so don't book unless you plan to always use Uber or a taxi (if you have any trouble walking). All of the appliances require better in instructions (for Americans).

Amazing view and location!

Enjoyed the view from the balcony! Many great restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance or short Bolt/Uber ride. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Cons: The shower floods the entire bathroom. The bed is very noisy/creaky. The bedroom blinds need to be replaced. Would have been nice to get check-in instructions without having to request several times and also to have coffee for at least first day.

Spotless and comfortable with the most incredible view. Comfortable but very squeaky bed frame, so bad we woke each other up just from rolling over! However, we loved it. More information in and about the.apartment and the area would be nice

Amazing Balcony

The apartment itself was great! Amazing amazing balcony with water and city views. Great table, chairs and even a hammock on the balcony. Kitchen was great as well; had a dishwasher, fully functioning kitchen appliances and even a separate laundry room. Awesome. The living room areas were good, nothing extraordinary. Small couch but we really didn't need to use that space so did the job. Bedroom had AC which was great and a "sun room". The bed was a bit older but still solid. Check-in process was not the best, but once we got the correct code, keys and fob... the rest of the stay was easy getting in and out of the unit.

Relaxing stay, incredible balcony, easy access to Metro!

Large kitchen and living room, the balcony is 100% as good as advertised, my wife and I preferred this neighborhood feel over a more central location with street noise. We found the 10-15 minute walk to the Santa Apolonia metro station convenient.

Excellent property and location

The property is exactly as the pictures show! The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Easy to walk to the sights with great restaurants near by Sant’Avo was our favourite.
