When I arrived, the apartment looked nothing like the photos.
It hadn’t been cleaned: there was a lot of mold in the bathroom (on the shower and walls), the shower and bathroom doors didn’t close properly, and there were hairs everywhere — on the floor, on the towels, and even on the sheets. It was clear the place hadn’t been vacuumed or properly maintained.
I would also recommend improving staff communication. They often blamed WhatsApp connection problems, but a serious company would fix that or provide another contact number. For payments they are very prompt and want you to pay directly, yet when it comes to sending information or solving issues, everything is slow.
Even though I told them in advance that I’d arrive late, they didn’t share the address or clear instructions until the last minute, and they even charge a late check-in fee. When I paid with my husband’s card, they insisted he had to be present — something that has never happened at any other hotel, not even at Disney Paris.
I do want to acknowledge that the staff were kind and polite, and I appreciate their effort and friendliness. However, all the other issues mentioned above took away many points from the overall experience.
Overall, the cleanliness was very poor, and the listing felt like a “catfish”: the photos online don’t reflect the real condition of the property.
