No me gustó que siendo un apartamento caro no dejara nada de cortesía en café servilletas pastillas para lavavajillas ni una botella de agua y lo peor 2 pastillas muy pequeñas de jabón y 5 sobres de shampoo para 3 huéspedes para 4 noches Peor que hotel de 2 estrellas en cuanto a detalles de cortesía que te hacen sentir bienvenido

Genial!! Solo tomar en cuenta que queda en la calle más juerguera de Chiado y se escucha la bulla pero nada que unos buenos tapones no resuelvan 😌

Casa perfecta.

Las fotos son representativas de la realidad. El puso es fantástico y cómodo. Está cerca de la plaza del comercio, el tajo y de cualquier medio de trasporte. Como negativo decir que todas las noches se llena la calle de gente joven de fiesta y por la mañana se nota en las aceras la sociedad, aunque la casa está muy bien aislada y no se oye el ruido. Fui incapaz de poner en marcha la televisión y todavía menos cambiar rl idioma.

Pros: We liked the great location, small view of the water, elevator, and the large open space to see the skyline. We were very close to the metro, trains, and trams, and it was easy to walk into town. Everything was clean and the beds were firm but comfortable. The washing machine was supplied with a box of laundry tablets, which was helpful for our stay. You can use the drying rack (no dryer).Cons: We stayed 4 nights with 4 people. As the other reviews mentioned, there are only a few shampoo packets provided for your stay, so bring your own shower supplies. We were only given minimal cleaning items (only one dishwasher tab and no extra garbage bags) so it is difficult to keep the kitchen clean. I don’t know why they don’t give more cleaning supplies. There were zero cooking basics (no salt, oil, pepper or even a bit of tea/coffee) so bring your own. No numbers/labels on the apartment door so it was tricky to figure out which one it was at check in - this could be an easy fix with better communication or a door number. A few maintenance items: Several outlets were not working, and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Of note: You are three floors up but there is still a lot of noise at night from the bars (even during the Christmas holidays) so I recommend earplugs and a white noise app if you are a light sleeper. The building is across from two different buildings that are under construction. One of them was actively hammering in the day but the noise was minimal.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is fabulous, offering immediate access to all public transport options, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The property itself is wonderful—it is spacious, perfectly clean, and looks exactly as shown in the pictures. We, as a family of four adults, found it ideal. However, I would offer a caution for those traveling with a younger family: due to the property's very close proximity to the Pink Street area, please be aware that it is noisy at night and tends to attract some unsavoury characters.

Gorgeous, spacious, comfortable apartment. It is near the bars and party areas so there is a little bit of noise at night but it’s a great location and beautiful, secure building. Definitely recommend this place.

The FLH Apartment is a perfect place from which to explore Lisbon. The accommodations had everything we needed for an extended stay and its location is within walking distance to excellent dining and transportation throughout the city.

Tolles Apartment, sehr gute Lage, absolut empfehlenswert.Kein Safe vorhanden, für mich allerdings eine absolute Notwendigkeit in einer Ferienunterkunft.

This was one of the nicest vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed in! The place is bigger than I expected, was light and bright inside, and was in a perfect location near the water. Highly recommend!

Beautiful appartment with big rooms , located near the city centre . Only the night life in the streets can be loud but that can be solved with some earplugs .

Fabulous apartment

Brilliant location close to metro and lots of attractions. Well equipped for self catering. Spacious flat and decorated beautifully to a high standard. Excellent host who went the extra mile. Would definitely recommend and come again!

Beautiful property, fabulous location!

This property exceeded my expectations in decor and location. It is an upscale property with very stylish and comfortable furnishings. I do wish there were better amenities (bathroom and kitchen essentials etc). What was provided did not match the quality of the rental. This is a nit however… I loved this property and would not hesitate to return. (I’ll make sure to pack my own shampoo/conditioner/shower gel.. and bring coffee/sugar/creamer for the stay!

Big apartment

We enjoyed our 3 day stay. Near pink street n time out. The place is clean. Huge ceilings. Complete furnished. Only at least u should put a sponge to clean the utensils plate etc. n some paper towels. Over all we r satisfied. Also got a hard time going to the office to pick up the key. It would b better if there is someone to give the key or a near place to pick up key. Cuz it’s difficult when u came fr the airport n so tired n u have to find the office.

Very disorganized company.

We arrived in the afternoon around 3:00 PM the surroundings of the apartment are not safe, we called the office which manages this apartment because we had no code to enter the building. We were with two children, and the person who answered the phone wrongly stated that he sent the access instructions, and everything was paid, we reconfirmed with the property management company agent that they had our correct email address we rechecked our email several times and we had no access instructions at all. After a long argument and threatening to call the police somebody provided the access code and told us that we needed to pick up the apartment keys at the property management office, this is insane, we paid for the apartment, apartment management company didn't provide clear instructions to access the property, and then we had to pay a taxi to collect the apartment key at a different location. Fortunately, we arrived when there was still sunlight, I can't imagine this place at night, be careful if you arrive late at night, nobody will help you, a lot of drunk people and drug users around this building.

Amazing location for all of the best restaurants in Lisbon

We loved our Lisbon VRBO and we’re almost sad to leave after 2 weeks. We were traveling with 2 young kids so the layout was perfect with large open kitchen/living room and a hallway with the bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Property has nice upgrades and AC in each room! Beware there are many bars and restaurants below so it can get quite noisy. However, the the windows are modern and get out majority of the noise.

Great apartment near Market

This apartment was clean and comfortable and close the market. We had everything we needed. The check in process is tricky as the office is a couple miles away and we were traveling with luggage and had to hire an Uber. Also the designation of the room was tricky as well because there are no room numbers. It’s probably only an issue for foreigners. Also, the apartment is in a party district so there is a busy nightlife. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious Apartment in Great Location

This is a very spacious and clean apartment in a great location near Pink Street and Time Out Market and in the flat part of the city near the river. It was very close to the subway and trains and is a central location. There is also a lift/elevator in the apartment if you don't want to deal with the three flights of stairs which is great! There are individual a/c units in each room which was helpful. Beds are comfortable. Some people may be put off because it is located above a bar so there is pretty much a party outside every night. The great part is the windows are great and you can barely hear it. Having the extra half bath was great; however, some extra towels would be great since we were there for six days. There were some drainage issues with the sink in the full bath and the tub (the tub resolved itself). Note that they only give you one key which could be challenging with more than one guest. An extra key is a refundable 30 euro deposit and has to be returned to the office. If you don't get an extra key, you can leave the key on the table when you check out. The only thing that was a pain was having to go to the office to pick up the key. It was very inconvenient after a long day of traveling. I would suggest installing a numeric keypad outside the apartment door. The staff in the office was very pleasant though. One additional thing, we did not know which apartment it was because the doors are not marked. The apartment is on the third floor and is on the front door side. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again in the future.
