Un apartamento precioso y acogedor

Reservé este apartamento para que mis padres pudieran disfrutar unos días en Lisboa y ha sido todo un éxito. El apartamento es increíble, tal y como muestran las fotos. Está muy bien equipado, tiene mucha luz y está en una zona céntrica, pero muy tranquila, con lo que su estancia ha sido inmejorable. Ana ha sido encantadora y ha estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Muchísimas gracias!

The location was perfect and easily walkable to all parts of the city. Felt safe at all times and close to the Botanical Gardens. Many options for local dining. Will definitely come back. Pedro was so helpful and kept in contact to make sure we were doing good. Highly recommend.

By far the best city apartment we have stayed in. We enjoyed everything about it - the quality of the fixtures and fittings, the really well equipped kitchen, the lovely quiet terrace, the convenience of its location for basic shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. Being met by Bruno on arrival with all his local knowledge made a great start to our holiday.For us, this was a perfect, peaceful home from home from which to explore Lisbon. We hope to return.

Perfect Lisboa apartment!!!

The apartment was a beautiful place to stay during our visit to Lisbon. Not only beautiful, but comfortable and equipped with everything you could ever want of need. Wonderful 4 nights in Lisbon ☀️

I booked this flat for my son and daughter and their partners. This is the feedback I received from them when they joined us in the Algarve The flat was wonderful for our 4 night star in Lisbon Great location for us to explore the city and full of great bars and restaurants that came alive at night. The building has a lift that is very helpful for bring luggage up to the top floor. Apartment was clean, well managed and the lovely host had left us some complimentary goodies for us to enjoy to start our vacation in Portugal. The balcony with view of the river was splendid while enjoying a morning coffee from Copenhagen Coffee Bar just down the street. The binder with helpful recommendations of best places to enjoy Lisbon was very helpful. Would definitely recommendation !!

Perfect in every way!

The apartment fit our needs perfectly. Check-in was easy and Bruno was very helpful. Easy to get around and their notebook had many great suggestions. The elevator made it easier for us older folks. Very quiet in the evenings, although the neighborhood was quite lively! The beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment is very well appointed, in good location, quiet, close to restaurants and amenities. The hosts were very polite, informative, helpful, available and easy to reach. My wife and kids were also very impressed. I've rented quite a few properties over the years and overall had positive experiences. But this one was a standout even against the rest. Kudos to the management team.

Excellent Stay in Lisbon!

Highly recommended. Communication was smooth throughout. They arranged transport for our family of four from the airport (€40). Ana met us at the apartment. Explained everything and responded quickly by WhatsApp when I had some questions during the stay. Excellent location. Not close to the Metro but buses close by if needed.

Top Floor - Top Notch

Everything was just right - the location, the apartment, the owner, Pedro. This unit was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Walking distance to great restaurants and is located in a quiet part of town. Walking to the downtown core was easy, but note that walking back is uphill - really. A 'Bolt' ride to the Belem area was just less that 7 Euros - and that's in the Luxury Class vehicle. Will definately stay there again next time we are in Lisbon.

Unbeatable Experience, The Best Ever!

From the communication, to the check-in and the apartment, it was simply a wonderful experience, I don't even know if I can express in words how much I enjoyed being in this apartment and all the interaction I had with the Courtesy Morning team. It's not the first time I've stayed in a Courtesy Morning apartment and the experience is always fantastic. As soon as I made the reservation Pedro sent me a series of important questions so that they could prepare the apartment according to my needs. As soon as I arrived at the apartment Pedro was waiting for me and I was welcomed with a big smile and great friendliness. Pedro showed me around the apartment and gave me some great suggestions on what to see during my short stay in Lisbon. The apartment is perfectly clean and the decor is very cozy. It has a terrace and a balcony on each window and being a top floor it has a very nice view. The fact that it is located in a building with an elevator is undoubtedly an excellent advantage. Simply an excellent apartment for those who want to visit Lisbon, close to everything but at the same time very quiet, in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the historic center of Lisbon. I will come back for sure :-).

Little oasis of calm with lovely hosts

Tolle Wohnung mitten in Lissabon

Die Betreuung durch Ana ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich. Im Haus war es ganz ruhig, im umliegenden Viertel fühlte man sich ganz sicher. In der unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es einen Minimarkt und ein Café. Obwohl man zu Fuß in 20 min am Tejo oder am Rossio ist, kann man die Wege auch einfach mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zurück legen ( super Hilfe: App moovit). Wir kommen wieder!

Perfect location, beautifully renovated apartment. Top floor but with elevator - uncommon in Lisbon. Many small balconies and one large one. Lovely views, spacious, bright, comfortable. This was perhaps the best-equipped apartment we've rented anywhere. Everything needed for really cooking. And a gracious and accommodating host. Hard to say enough good about this apartment.

The apartment was as described, very comfortable, with windows all around, refurbished modern in a clean building. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood, 2-5 min away from a lovely square, cafes and an interesting busy avenue, and 15-20 min away from key tourist attractions. The owner was most helpful and always available.

Great first visit to Lisbon

The apartment was perfectly located for exploring Lisbon, with Parc des Flores and the Principe Real gardens lovely open areas to relax in, both very close by. The terrace was fabulous and we enjoyed sitting out looking over the lovely views. Ana was very easy to deal with, always helpful and very responsive. The apartment itself is beautifully fitted out and very comfortable.

Perfect Lisbon apartment

We have booked quite a lot of apartments/villas over the years but this apartment is one of the best we have ever stayed in. It's in a lovely part of Lisbon, with a shady park nearby which is great to relax in at the end of the day. You can walk to lots of places and restaurants. The apartment itself is a joy - with great views and all the things you need plus a bit of luxury. Ana was a lovely host and everything was so clean and lovely when we arrived. I felt so relaxed here and have not stopped telling all my friends about it since we got back. Do pick this apartment if you have the chance.

An Amazing Retreat

We could not have asked for a more comfortable place to stay in Lisbon. Very centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood and a short walk from most of the attractions this beautiful city has to offer. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants , parks and shopping were all nearby within walking distance. The apartment was tastefully decorated and had all the elements of comfort you could ask for. The description and amenities are exactly as noted on-line. Perhaps the most rewarding experience was meeting the host, Ana, who made every attempt to ensure that our stay would be enjoyable and that we were informed of all that the apartment and Lisbon had to offer. She was very gracious and knowledgeable. She was in contact with us before we arrived and met us at the apartment on time. She took the time to show us around the flat and answered all our inquiries. She made herself available throughout our stay and was a text away to assist us with any questions we had. She provided us with a binder which contained useful information about the city (including maps) along with recommendations for dining and entertainment which we utilized during our stay. We would undoubtedly stay again at this apartment whenever we visit Lisbon again. This apartment, along with the host Ana, were both equally integral to our amazing stay in Lisbon.
