We had a fantastic stay! Bruno met us warmly upon arrival and made sure we had all that we needed, he also checked in on us during our stay to make sure all was well. The apartment was clean, well appointed and in the perfect location for those spending time in Lisbon. I highly recommend staying here and would book this spot again without hesitation!

100% Exceptional!

Great apartment in a great location. Very clean. Exceptional amenities and many extras that enhanced our stay. Most of all—exceptional hosts. Communication was excellent from booking through checkout. Pedro met us and assisted with early luggage drop-off, then was able to accommodate an early check in. He also provided tips for touring in and around Lisbon as well as other points in Portugal. Check out was easy, again with Pedro's assistance—most appreciated! Highly recommend this property as well as the hosts and look forward to returning on our next trip to Lisbon.

Wonderful place, Wonderful view, Wonderful Location!

We enjoyed the stay. The unit was a perfect size for our family of 4. It had a beautiful view. We LOVED the location. It was so great to get anywhere quickly. The host is fantastic and provided all the details we needed. It's a great place with a lot of steps. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Place and EXCELLENT HOSTS!

Pedro and Ana were the most courteous VRBO hosts I’ve ever encountered. Pedro carried my luggage up the stairs at checkin, and again he came by 3 days later at checkout to do the same. These hosts are SO well organized that each recommended restaurant, shop, etc comes w a small map. Pedro also spent time sharing stories about the history of Lisbon, and he even took me on a short walking tour of the city to point out places for lunch, delicious pasteis, and a short cut (and free walk) up the Santa Justo Lift. He knew I wanted to see some of the churches, so he took me inside a couple of those as well, before pointing out a great restaurant or two. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful, clean, newly renovated, secure, nicely furnished with comfortable beds, and a breathtaking view of the city and castle. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

The place was great! Bruno was very helpful and even worked hard to get us in early since our flight landed at 4 AM. The location is perfect--close to a train station and walkable to all the sights/attractions. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Amazing Host

Courtesy Morning has several apartments in chiado. Amazing check in w Pedro, Bruno and mom, Ann. All there to greet us , tour us and get us to a parking garage. Parking is not easy in Lisbon. Garage down the street. 123 for a week in and out. Pedro was there for all recommendations and questions. Apartment right in middle of tourist spots. Be prepared to walk hills in Lisbon!

Thank you so much for a beautiful visit! My husband and 20 month old stayed here for a week and it was absolutely perfect. Bruno had everything required for a toddler so we didn’t need to worry about a thing for her. High chair, toys, crib, baby bath, it was all there. Even things you wouldn’t expect, like a little hooded baby towel, were provided for the visit. Everything was clean clean clean. The beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen which gave us the ability to cook anything we wanted. We also really appreciated the detailed instruction book provided on how to use all of the unfamiliar appliances. The local attractions guide was also very helpful. The view from the apartment was spectacular as well, since the place is on the fourth floor. (Yes, there are stairs. It was tiring going up and down the stairs with a toddler and stroller, but honestly it was well worth it.) The only suggestion I would make would be to perhaps have a clothes line installed out the window, like the other neighbours have. We found that it took a very long time to hang to dry our washing inside, and being able to hang outside probably would have helped dry our clothes quicker. But this is a super small issue. Thanks again for a great stay, we can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic!

This was our favourite accommodation on our trip. A cozy apartment perfect for our family of 4. Wonderful location, close to so many restaurants and sights in the city. Bruno met us on arrival and went over everything in great detail. He has binders for everything on how to use things in the apartment, restaurants, sights, transit, etc. You definitely have to be able to climb stairs, but it was worth it for the view from the apartment.

Amazing!!!

Amazing!!! Top location. The apartment is super clean with awesome views. The host arranged the airport pick up for us and met us at the apartment. Bruno had pastel de nata and porto vine for us ready to welcome us. He gave us loads of information on the city and places to visit, places to eat. We used a lot of his recommendation. would not hesitate to stay again at one the properties that Bruno manages.

Lovely stay

The apartment is close to perfect. Nice size,very quiet. It has comfortable beds. Easy to walk everywhere. The steps are a bit steep but not unmanageable if you have a small size suitcase. 20 inch rollaboard. We did not cook meals so cant comment on the pots and pans. We would stay there again if we return to Lisbon.

Logement très bien situé, très bien équipé et très propre. Hôtes très sympathiques et parlant français. Une solution proposée pour stocker les bagages entre le check-out et le départ pour l'aéroport. Bref, nous recommandons sans réserves !

Amazing stay in an awesome location

Every day when we woke up we thought about what to do in Lisbon and guess what? Everything was less than 10-15 walk away. Wonderful location. Super clean. And Ana and her family were full of great advice of local places to go. Highly recommended and look forward to staying again here when we are back next!

Oh I can’t say enough positive things about this place! Great location, sparkling clean (even my teenage son commented on how clean it was!), beautiful view, quiet, comfortable bed, and the BEST hosts! They provided details on everything from how to use the dishwasher to what train to take to local attractions! I was blown away by the hospitality. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved Lisbon

I never give 5 star reviews but this is the exception. From start to finish the host was always available to answer questions and make recommendations from places to visit, to restaurants, to where to have a new watchband replaced. The apartment was immaculate with great views from our 4th story walk up and the Chaido neighborhood we were in was vibrant and central to great dinners and live music. We highly recommend this accommodation
