We had an excellent stay and couldn’t be happier. Pedro was more than amazing — extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. He was waiting for us right on time, welcomed us warmly, and took the time to explain every detail of the apartment and all the amenities clearly. He also shared great local recommendations, pointed out nearby supermarkets and essentials, and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location, which made our Lisbon stay easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended — we would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location! Superb accommodations! Superior host!

We enjoyed our stay in the Chiado neighborhood. This is an ideal location for great restaurants, elegant shopping and inspiring walks. The host was very attentive and responsive with many great suggestions. We loved staying here and visiting Lisbon.

Love this place! Just checked out today. It is super cute, cozy, and very accommodating. Ana, the business owner, is very sweet, helpful, and hospitable! We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else if we ever go back, which we definitely want to do! Highly recommend!!

We loved everything about this property! It was sunny and bright, opening on to a lovely courtyard. It was equipped with everything we needed. It was also close to lots of great restaurants, museums, etc. Our host Ana spent lots of time with us explaining how everything works and also giving great recommendations for things to see and great restaurants. I highly recommend this lovely apartment!

Best stay ever in Europe. Ana is a very graceful hostess. She welcomed us with the dessert pastel de nata and a bottle of port. Gave us a detailed tour of the the use of the apartment. We asked for a guide tour and she referred us to Nadina an impeccable lady. Will definitely go back of beautiful Lisbon and stay at courtesy Chiado

Another great visit to Lisbon

This is our second time staying at this place. Once again we absolutely loved the location, the comfort and the facilities. Bruno was very attentive and responsive to everything. At one point we had a noisy neighbour and he drove out late at night from his home to sort things out. Next time back - we will definitely be looking up this property again.

We had such a lovely stay at this VRBO apartment and can’t recommend it enough.Even though we arrived around midnight, Bruno was there to warmly welcome us and patiently show us around, which immediately made us feel at home after a long journey. The location is perfect—quiet, safe, and within easy walking distance of many attractions and wonderful restaurants.The apartment itself is spotless, cozy, and very peaceful, making it a great place to relax. What truly made our stay special was Bruno’s kindness and thoughtfulness. After we left, he noticed we had forgotten important documents and contacted us right away. He not only offered to mail them but also scanned them into a PDF so we could use them immediately. He even personalized the toy collection to delight our 6-year-old, which meant so much to our family.An exceptional host and a beautiful, welcoming place to stay. We would happily return anytime.

Central & beautiful

What an incredible place & a generous host! Not only we were met at the door and directed into the apartment, but also we got a walk through a binder that contained all the sights, restaurants & entertainment. The host was attentive, providing us with extra items such as a sewing kit, beach towels and a recommendation for a driver. It felt like we were visiting family. I cannot praise it enough. Thank you!

Most amazing accommodations and city!

We could not be happier with the accommodations and the owners communication and organization. When we arrived, Ana, showed us around the beautiful apartment and had everything we needed to navigate the city organized in a binder. This made our visit even more pleasant. She also made sweet fabric pouches with soap, lotion and a shower cap for each of us. The linens and whole apartment are so nice. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. We truly enjoyed meeting Ana and all the nice people of Portugal. This is a “must” stay and special country to visit! Thank you

Wonderful Apartment and Location

We absolutely loved this apartment in a beautiful, quiet area of Lisbon. It is within walking distance of all the important sites and neighborhoods of the old town. The apartment is very well appointed, with top-line appliances, kitchenware and cabinetry. The owner has given a lot of thought to what renters need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. We appreciated having someone meet us at the apartment to review everything, and we appreciated the arrangement of a driver to take us to and from the airport. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Lisbon. We will definitely try to stay at one of Courtesy Morning's properties the next time we visit Lisbon. I wish all rentals were this luxurious.

Courtesy Chiado is over and above the others

My wife and I booked this apartment in historic Chiado for a 6 night stay in Lisbon after visiting Spain for two weeks. Prior to our arrival and throughout, our host was easy to communicate with and facilitated a convenient check in. When we arrived, the host met us at the apartment and went over and above to provide detailed information about the apartment, the neighborhood, restaurants, sightseeing and, at my request, soccer matches. The apartment was spacious, modern, clean, and convenient. Its location in the Chiado neighborhood is ideal for exploring historic Lisbon, close to restaurants and shops as well as the Metro subway. I would go back and stay with Courtesy Chiado in a minute.

You spoiled us!

We've never had a better experience. The apartment didn't disappoint; your responsiveness to our questions timely; and we fell in love with Lisbon. Thanks for all of your recommendations for places to see,, places to eat, and places to shop. Both the porto and custard tarts were delicious. We highly recommend this apartment to everyone.

Lisbon Stay

We loved this apartment! Great space, lots of natural light, very quiet and yet central to all the action. Nicely decorated and fully equipped- we were very comfortable! Bruno was the absolute best host we have ever met. Very helpful from day 1 and throughout our stay- THANK YOU!

Wonderful visit

This is a lovely property in Old Town Lisbon, close to everything. It has been recently renovated and is spotless, with modern amenities, lots of space, and a lovely bathroom. The hosts Ana, Bruno and Pedro were exceptionally helpful and always there when we needed them!

Great place to stay in the Chiado

We recently stayed in this one bedroom apartment. Everything was as shown on the website. The apartment was very quiet, clean and thoughtfully presented. Our hosts, Bruno and Pedro were very welcoming and most helpful. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in the Chiado neighbourhood!

Excellence!

The apartment is comfortable and tastefully appointed. Very clean and comfortable with many amenities. The beds and bedding are great as are the towels. This place felt like home to me. Everything I could think of was available. The booking process with Ana was easy and efficient, communications were quick and easy. Pedro was there for our check-in, was a gracious host and very helpful. With this experience, my standards are re-set and I will compare all future Home-Away rentals to this one.

Spacious, immaculate and beautiful in the heart of Lisbon

Pedro met us and went through a detailed book with everything you could possibly require and also showed us all kinds of places to go on a map. This artfully decorated place with spacious high ceilings was spotless, quiet, fully equipped including full kitchen, bidet, bathtub, with very hot water, and washer/dryer. The location is excellent, within steps to everything; including parking (right beside it), groceries, and restaurants. We've traveled extensively using private accommodation and this one was one of the very best.

Excellent property, an example for other VRBOS to follow!

Lot's of attention to detail, appreciated the folder in English, with all instructions for the apartment, and Google walking maps for shops, restaurants, attractions nearby,etc.. Pedro was there to greet us and answer all our questions. He and his mother were vacation saviors when I left my cell phone in an Uber car. I just wish rhe VRBOS that I am staying in now is half as good. Stay there, you won't be disappointed. Patrick and Lucy

Great Apartment in the Center of Town

We stayed in this apartment for 5 days and it was perfect for our city trip. It's in the center of town and I would have expected some noise but it was nice and quiet. Bio supermarket on the corner of the street, cafes and restaurants all around, Metro station 5 mins away. The apartment had everything we needed and yes we did cook and not just eat out. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Obrigado Ana.
