Our trip went really well. Property was clean and comfortable. Communication was great. Easy check in and out. Our only issue was on the first night out of four we stayed that the neighbors were excessively loud with their loud noise until 12:00AM. All other nights and days were no problem. Was pleasant and we would stay again.

Pedro was extremely helpful. The place was cozy but big enough for the 2 of us. Very accommodating. There was a restaurant near us so voices outside until 11, but not very much noise during our stay. Lovely stay in Lisbon and great place to stay for us.

We loved our stay at this apartment. Had everything you could need, plus comfortable beds and good A/C. Great location, close to public transportation. Very thankful to Pedro and Bruno for kindly keeping our luggage and being responsive to my many questions. They did everything they could to give us an early check in when we were severely jet lagged. We recommend this apartment wholeheartedly!

Great Place to Stay in Lisbon

The apartment, location and owners were great. Ana explained everything upon arrival and was super responsive if we had a question during our stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything you might need, including a little sewing kit. A pleasant start to our adventure in Lisbon was the pastéis de nata and port wine left for us to enjoy. We definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay in this charming flat in the center of Chiado. Location was convenient and safe with lots of restaurants, shopping, bars, etc. Hosts were wonderful and offered lots of tips and recommendations.

Awesome location. Great communication from the host. A little loud from the outside in the living room. You can hear the neighbors walk above. Overal had a great experience staying at the property, can't beat the location.

Perfect stay in Chiado

I did a lot of research into the different neighborhoods in Lisbon and we could not have been more pleased with the location and charm of this apartment. We were so close to the metro, food and shopping, but had no problem with noise as we were on a quiet street. Ana was so helpful with anything we needed and made us feel very welcome. The apartment had EVERYTHING one needed and was spotless. My 6' 3" husband appreciated the size of the bed, shower, and ceiling. Having a washer and dryer was also very helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would 100% recommend it!

Excellent Lisbon Stay

This was an excellent choice for our stay in Lisbon. The place was impeccable! Bruno met us in the square and walked us to our location. The unit had everything and more than we were expecting. They had a binder with information and maps on all the sites to see, restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. Very well thought out! The location was great. There are many restaurants in the area, a few of which Bruno recommended. Located in the Chiado neighborhood, it was in walking distance to Alfama and Bauer Alto. You won’t be disappointed in staying here. Highly recommend it!

A great apartment in a perfect location

We had a wonderful stay of 5 nights in Lisbon. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. Ana met us at the apartment where she went through everything we needed to know for our stay. It's a really comfortable apartment, in a quiet street with supermarkets and restaurants close by. A perfect place to base yourself in Lisbon. We would stay there again.

Excellent stay in Lisbon

We traveled a family of 2 adults and 2 teens, our 1st time in Portugal. From the minute I reserved the apartment, the communication with the host was excellent. Very detailed and very helpful. We took an overnight flight and arrived very early in the morning, they were able to store our luggage while apt was getting ready and we went exploring. Location is KEY !! Close to everything you can think of and plan to do. We only took Bolt once to go to Belem , otherwise walked Lisbon through and through. The apt is VERY clean, and has everything you can think of or need . Kitchen is well equipped with ready to cook and dine. Nespresso was very nice !! Our boys slept in the separate room with 2 twin beds ( and they are 6ft tall) and were just fine. My husband and I took the pull out couch . Although stiff but after all day walking we welcomed anything to crash on. Linens white, crisp and spotless fresh. Bathroom renovated very modern and plenty of toileteetlrs and plenty towel. A tiny minus for us was late night noise for 2 nights. We are in the heart of Lisbon , and next to a very busy highly rated restaurant ( very good actually- we had dinner there). They stay open very late and then clean up .. so yes there was some noise. You are on a ground floor so yes early morning traffic noise etc .. but I wouldn’t take points off as waking teens for a trip early in the morning is very challenging, so natural noise helped - lol !! Overall WONDERFUL!! Thank you Bruno and Anna!!

Great Location, Great Place!

We had a lovely stay at this home. The location was just perfect for us, and it had all that we needed. The lodging was very clean, and the bed comfortable. It was nice having no stairs to climb — we loved walking the city, but after all the stairs and hills during the day it was enjoyable to step right into the place. Ana was there waiting for us when we arrived, and went over absolutely everything, showing us on a map and using her very helpful finder, where we could eat and what we could visit. She was delightful, and she also greeted us with a tasty treat! We could easily wander local streets and find places to dine. We, in fact, ate twice at the restaurant right at the corner of the street — a mere minute away — and then the other two nights we dined right around the corner (two different spots). How perfect for us when we weren't sure we wanted to walk any more after a long (and enjoyable) day of walking. The day before we left Ana came by again and it was so wonderful to get to chat and thank her for the stay. If we come back, we'd definitely love to stay at this sweet home again.

Amazing host, wonderful location

My goodness, Pedro is the most amazing host. Met us and took a lot of time showing us the unit, explaining all appliance functions, making recommendations for restaurants, tours, etc. Very quick to respond to WhatsApp messages. The unit is central to everything we wanted to visit, quiet and comfortable. Would book again without hesitation.

The place to be!

We were so impressed with Ana and her kindness. She spent a good 30 min explaining about everything thing from operating the appliances to what to do in Lisbon how to get around. The apartment is perfectly located 5-20 min downhill walk to major train stations and subway and pedestrian shopping area.She provided us with a detailed binder , touring books in 3 languages and maps you don’t need to buy a Michelin guide. There were a beach umbrella, wall plugs adaptors, complimentary Porto and pastry so you can imagine the quality of the main furniture and appliances all from Ana kindness, she didn’t have to go that far to get customers because her apartment has all a family would need. The one thing is because it’s a century old building so we heard the upstairs neighbor walking but at home I hear my sons too so just imagine everyone is part of a big family then we are all happy.

Perfect!

This property is in a great location for everything and is exactly as advertised. Clean, well stocked with anything and everything you would need and on the ground floor! After three weeks in Portugal and Spain we were so happy to not have to climb any more stairs. Ana is a fantastic host-she provided more local information than you could ever need-and even arranged for an early morning airport pick-up for us. There is a good local restaurant right next door, markets all around and a craft brewery around the corner. Book with them now!

With prompt and clear communication finding this apartment was very easy . Pedro was very welcoming and gave us comprehensive information about the apartment and surroundings .Everything was clean and fresh , way better than a five star hotel. .All the amenities one could possibly need with a welcoming bottle of port as well Toiletries were packed for each of us in the cutest little flowered pouch. We enjoyed our stay a great deal and recommend Ana and Pedro's apartment very highly to all visitors to Lisbon. You will not regret it !!

Very central but up hill

This was a great spot to stay. It was very central. If you are a light sleeper you may have trouble as there is a cafe right out the door. However, as a city dweller I didn’t find the sound excessive. The apartment was clean and well set up. They did a fabulous job of orienting me to Lisboa. When I arrived Herbert met me. The owner had provided pastel de nata from the best bakery in Lisbon and a bottle of Porto! It was quite the welcome. Herbert sat with me to walk me though the very extensive book and ideas. It contained directions and maps for all kinds of interesting places. I enjoyed staying there and would return.
