Lisbon family vacation

Two of my adult children and I experienced a WONDERFUL vacation at Chiado as our hub. Bruno was terrific in communicating before/during the trip and helped with ANYTHING we needed including advice on touring, parking availability, storing luggage, and providing extra items we needed. Wonderfully organized binder too to reference there. TOP NOTCH location and hosts.

Absolutely wonderful

I can’t recommend this property enough! Bruno was absolutely wonderful and greeted us and made us feel very welcome. He gave us lots of recommendations and tips for our stay. They alerted was very clean and in a great location, and there were so many small details (bottle of wine waiting for us!). Highly recommend and we hope to stay her again!

Absolutely Wonderful Apartment

This apartment is amazing. It is in a great location, yet remains quiet at night. It is close to many of the main attractions in Lisbon as well as the restaurants. Pedro was a wonderful host. He greeted us personally and provided a binder full of recommendations for restaurants, markets and shops. His hospitality was beyond expectations! Would definitely stay here again!

This was an excellent property. Bruno was prompt and attentive with email communication prior to our arrival and then met us at the apartment to show us around. The apartment itself was spacious and light and thoughtfully equipped (towels, linen, kitchenware etc). It was very clean. The location was great and it was a short walk to Rossio and public transport. We loved Lisbon and would absolutely stay in this apartment again. No complaints at all!

Great apartment in excellent location

The apartment was perfect in every way. Pedro met us on arrival and explained everything. They have a binder full of information such as locations and maps from the apartment to ATM’s, groceries, train station, shopping, sites etc. There are restaurant recommendations as well. We’ve stayed in dozens of VRBO’s and Pedro and team were the most organized we’ve seen. They arranged Nadina to pick us up at the airport and also to give us a private tour of Sintra, Cabo da Roca and Cascai and we had a terrific day. The apartment is very well located and we either walked or used public transportation with our Lisboa cards to all the sights we wanted to see. We’d highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect for small kids

This apartment was immaculate. Cleanest place I have ever stayed, and was perfect with children! I have a three and one year old, and I think the toys in the apartment were their highlights of our trip to Lisbon. Great location and very helpful and informative host. The host helped me arrange an airport transfer with car seats, and even the transfer was lovely. Would recommend to any young family traveling to Lisbon.

Great property in Lisbon

Very quite, very nice one bedroom apartment. Pictures and description are accurate. The owners are a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and knowledgeable. The views are limited to the courtyard. Very peaceful. It's in the middle of everything. All organic supermarket is right around the corner.

Peaceful stay in lively Chiado

The apartment was centrally located in the heart of Chiado. We could walk to the TimeOut Market, train station, any restaurant or pastelaria. A/C in both rooms was a necessity, as Lisbon was hit by a heat wave, extremely quiet. Delicious treats from A Manteigaria were waiting for us upon arrival. A binder filled with suggestions and clear instructions on how to use the many amenities in the apartment were also made available. We would definitely like to go back to Lisbon and stay there again. Bruno was always very cordial, punctual and available. Great stay in a great place in a beautiful and welcoming city.

Perfect location in Lisboa

From our first inquiry online and throughout the trip, communication with our host, Pedro, was efficient and quick. He always responded immediately. He met us on arrival and spent at least an hour explaining how things worked, how to get around and recommended things to do. It was like having our own private guide. The apartment itself is brand new renovated with lots of thoughtful touches: a Nespresso with capsules and sugar, a bottle of port to welcome you, reading lights on BOTH sides of the bed, great Wi-Fi , well stocked with plates, glasses etc, good A/C and a comfortable bed. The location couldn’t be better. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and stores and museums. And in a very safe neighborhood. Besides the orientation, there are instruction manuals in every language, and guide books and maps in the apt. One of the best rentals we’ve had.

Bruno met me for an early morning checkin

Excellent! Bruno was very accommodating, meeting me at the apartment for early checkin and arranging airport transfer when I left early . Apartment was spotless and location was excellent. Very comfortable during a very uncomfortable time due to Coronavirus. Definitely will stay here next time I am in Lisboa. Carol

Amazing apartment. Exceptional hosts.

The apartment is exactly as described, bright, very well furbished, fully equipped with everything you may need, and last but not least perfectly located in the neighborhood of Chiado. Bruno was very welcoming and helpful, and he organized everything for the comfort and entertainment of our son. The places Bruno suggested for dinner and breakfast were excellent. We truly enjoyed every single moment of our stay!

Wow! The perfect choice!

Wow. This apartment is so wonderful, it is one of the best apartments I stayed before and believe me that I already had experiences in almost every part of the world. Location very central (in the heart of the historic Lisbon center), yet on a quiet street, so no noise at all. Just a few minutes walk of everything (cafe, restaurants, shopping, bars, etc) and the main tourist attractions of the city. The apartment is in a newly renovated building, and everything is modern and in great shape. Also, the apartment is extremely clean and the quality of the linens are also top notch. It also has A/C and also central heating. The hosts are incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive. They have a very detailed guide to Lisbon in the apartment. Pedro, who met us, also spent quite a bit of time suggesting a range of places and activities. They also respond immediately to any queries. Pedro is, with no doubts, the very best host I've have dealt with, providing one of the best experiences I ever had. For sure I will return :-)

A wonderful stay

The apartment is so warm and inviting, absolutely spotless, with modern amenities, comfortable bed and shower, and huge windows that flood the apartment with light. The hosts could not be more helpful and welcoming. Pedro was waiting for me outside the apartment to let me in and made sure to walk me through all the details in the apartment and provide me with tips of where to go in the area . The location is fantastic- it's in the center of the city but the apartment is surprisingly serene. I could not recommend this place more !

Fabulous apartment

This is the second time we have stayed in this building (different apartment last time - same wonderful service) and we recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet haven in the heart of Lisbon. It is very well positioned and extremely well provisioned and Pedro and Ana were so good to deal with. The information given to us was great and we tried out a few of their Restaurant recommendations - with good results. Having stayed in quite a few rental apartments , this one has the most extensive compendium, including how to work the appliances. That is a great help when travelling from a far away place with different types of appliances! We would definitely stay there again if we return to Lisbon.

Perfect Apartment, Perfect Location, Perfect Host!!!

Beautiful modern apartment in an historic building with 5 star hotel amenities. Located in Chiado, center of Old Lisbon. It was a pleasure from start to finish thanks to our wonderful hosts who thoughtfully provided everything we needed in the apartment including many detailed suggestions for restaurants and sites to visit. We tried several and they were all wonderful and helped make our Lisbon vacation special and memorable.
