Family Trip to Lisboa

The apartment was great for our family! Very spacious with beautiful views of the Chiado neighborhood and out to the water. The location was perfect, with many shops and restaurants near by. Carlos, who met us upon check, was friendly and informative. And Paula answered all our questions ahead of trip promptly. Highly recommend for your stay in Portugal.

Family trip to Lisbon

We loved our stay at this apartment. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. We have a family of 10 and we all got our own beds and slept comfortably. The apartment was in a prime location.

Fantastic location and fantastic place to stay

We were a group of 11 ladies celebrating our annual weekend get away. The apartment was spacious and best part is we all had our own beds! All the rooms had comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, fans everywhere to offset the heat, plenty of bathroom space for showering and getting ready, and 2 kitchens making it easy to prepare coffee, cocktails and charcuterie. We easily got Uber or tuk tuk for ease of transportation, but so much is walkable from the apartment. The apartment owner responded to questions and offered suggestions of where to go for restaurants, contacts for sailboat tour, getting to the beach, how to navigate transportation to and from airport plus lots more! It was truly an enjoyable stay! Tour groups stopped by the beautiful decorated tile building the apartment is located and we thought that was cool!

Eines der schönsten Häuser in Lissabon

Die Fassade des Hauses ist eine der schönsten der mit Kacheln verzierten Häuser in Lissabon. Das bemerkt man auch an den vielen Fotografen vor Haus. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und optimal für größere Gruppen (4 Badezimmer, 5 Schlafzimmer). Die zentrale Lage hat kurze Wege zur Metro, Shopping Möglichkeiten und zum Bar- und Restaurantviertel Bairro Alto zur Folge. Check-In und -Out waren super (wir konnten sogar etwas früher in die Wohnung). Es gab viele Erläuterungen und Tipps zur Stadt, den Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten. Die Koffer sollten nicht zu schwer sein, die Wohnung liegt in der dritten Etage (ohne Aufzug). Insgesamt die optimale Unterkunft für größere Gruppen, die in den Trubel der Stadt eintauchen möchten.

The Ideal Location in Lisbon

Seven friends -- 3 couples and one single stayed in this apartment and it could not have been more perfect. It is clean, the beds are comfortable, the linens and towels are high quality, the kitchen is well equipped and there is a well functioning washer and dryer. The location is absolutely ideal for exploring the city -- a quick walk from the metro and many major sites. It overlooks a beautiful plaza with lots of very good and lively restaurants. When you open the double doors there is a fabulous breeze and view to the water. A word of caution on two items. It is a walk up to the top floor -- 69 steps -- we counted them. So if you are not physically fit this may not be the apartment for you. Also, it takes a while to get accustomed to the water in the shower which abruptly runs scalding hot to ice cold -- you just need to be careful. Two minor items in an otherwise fabulous place to stay for a wonderful time in a magnificent city.

Excellent location for a visit to Lisbon and plenty of room for 6-8 guests. Enjoyed our stay very much. Need to get used to tourists taking photos of the place while your out on the balcony though. Probably one of the most photographed buildings in Lisbon.

Great location in Chiado Neighborhood of Lisbon

This apartment is exactly as advertised and fit our family reunion perfectly. It is close to the metro station, many restaurants, and other forms of public transportation for very easy getting around Lisbon. Fantastic location! Some construction on the street created some noise, but all was quiet after 5 pm, and we enjoyed the street musicians in the evening.

Major construction/ hidden charges

Non disclosed major construction in the front and back which will take at least two more years. Disappointing, especially as due to construction the restaurants exhaust comes up and no window can be kept open in the bedrooms. Location is great.

This apt is in a great location. Step out and everything is near. The apt itself is adequate but not luxurious. The kitchen is well equipped. Bring your own toiletries as there are none provided.

Goede locatie in centrum . Ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien

Na wat stroef eerste contact . Men is voorzichtig met grotere groepen ivm overlast verliep het contact daarna zeer direct en werd elke vraag snel beantwoord . Gern moeite te veel. Aanrader

Lively Lisbon

Wonderful first trip to Lisbon with family & friends. Great city with loads to do & see. Chia do Trindade Appt is in an ideal location, the premises was spotlessly clean & Fatima was marvellous to liaise with & very accommodating on all our requests. Beautiful apartment in an historic building central to everything

The perfect home from home! 10 of us had a wonderful weekend here! Plenty of room for us all, lovely and quiet despite the incredibly central location. It had everything you could possibly need, beds very comfortable, bathrooms and showers all brilliant. Lisbon is a lovely city and this apartment is the perfect place to base yourself to explore it to the full!

Great apartment in a very good location. Perfect for a large group of adults!

Perfect location! Check in was helpful and informative. The apartment was great for our large group and offered loads of quiet and privacy for those early to bed or late to rise. Plenty of bathrooms for all. The beds were quite comfortable. We did have an issue with alternating hot/cold water during showers, which took some getting used to. Hopefully, this can be fixed for future guests. We were taken by surprise that there was no air conditioning. There were fans in every room, which at night, turned out to be very comfortable with the fresh breezes! The 2 kitchens were adequately equipped and grocery shopping was just around the corner. Handily located for restaurants, metro and trams. Our group had a great visit in Lisbon and would stay here again!

Fantastic location

Perfect location to experience Lisbon. Apartment was lovely and had all we needed. Hosts were very accommodating, letting us in early in the day after an all night flight. Everything was as promised. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Perfect place for group of friends

We loved it! Enough bathrooms for women :) The large room was a great place to hang out. Central location. Sheets were high quality. Could regulate temperature with either window or space heater. Water with good pressure and hot for showers.

wonderful house, great location

We stayed with a group of three families (12 persons). Enough space for all of them. The beds are very good so we could sleep very well. The apartment is beautiful/ The view from the living room is great, you can see the river. The weather in Lisbon was 20 C (Feb 10, 2018). Living in Lisbon is inexpensive, taxi from /to airport is 14 EUR only.

Un séjour de 5 jours très agréable pour toute une famille (13 personnes dont 4 couples) avec des promenades variées comme la vieille ville, le tramway 28, Belem, Sintra et Calceihlas... Notre appartement était situé dans la vieille ville, dans un immeuble typique qui retenait le regard des touristes et des photographes. L'accueil et le suivi de l'agence a été de qualité. Un excellent souvenir pour nos 50 ans de mariage.

Loved this apartment - fantastic location!

We spent six days at this apartment and loved it! You cannot beat the location. We were 4 couples and each had their own space and privacy. It's great for large groups. There is easy access to restaurants; literally right outside your door. Even though the temperatures were unusually high for October, there were plenty of fans in all rooms. The check in process was easy and there is a large amount of information provided about the area that was helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Stunning apartment in excellent location

Stayed with 4 friends - all had a room each. Apartment is huge! Location is perfect for sightseeing and loads of restaurants. Fatima's customer service was first class. It makes a nice change to deal with the same person from booking to check out. We were warmly met at the apartment and were given plenty of top tips on where to go, where to eat, etc. Knowing we had an early flight to Lisbon, Fatima contacted me a couple of days before our trip to say that the apartment would be ready from 10am which was great. And whilst we did need to check out at 10am on the day we left, Fatima gave me details of a luggage storage place just around the corner, so we could fully enjoy our last day. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, views were great and it had all the accessories we needed. I would certainly recommend this apartment for a group of 5+

Cockroach Valley

I arrived in Lisbon with a bunch of friends to have a good time and visit this great city. Upon arrival I was told once again that quiet hours start at 10pm and I need to respect the property. We were also told that the quiet hours referred to the stairwell and we could obviously hang out and have drinks upstairs after quiet hours. This was obviously not the case. We split up into groups and spent our 3 nights roaming the streets of Biarro Alto and when we came home just walking up the staircase was treated like noise. My friend asked me to turn on my cell phone light and next thing I knew I was getting calls from the property manager. Not to mention that there is a guitar player with a massive amplifier outside the front doors playing until after 23:00 and its no big deal. Upon turning on the light in the stairwell cockroaches were flying between the cracks and then in our rooms there were a few that we had to kill. Once we checked out the property manager kept half my deposit! Stating that a certain amount was for clean up and much more was for noise??? I don't know how these people charge for noise.. Is it a specific cost per word? Is it just a scam to make more income and they are working with people in the staircase?? Im not sure but it was unacceptable. If you have the ability to speak I would not recommend staying here because any form of "noise" is very expensive. Never coming back here again.
