Fantástico apartamento

Hemos pasado una semana en éste fantástico apartamento, bien equipado y muy tranquilo. Esperamos volver a repetir.

The apartment was decorated nicely, but was advertised as a third floor walk-up ( it was actually 4 floors of spiral staircase plus 6 steps up the the first landing). there were signs saying you couldn't roll luggage up or down the stairs ( good luck carrying two or three pieces of luggage weighing 40-50 lbs each up). There were only one pair of towels for a 4 night stay for two people with no new towels. The appliances were not user friendly for Americans with no instructions for their use in english. The fixtures for the kitchen sink and bathroom were opposite of each other and since the hot water took a couple minutes to get hot it was difficult the first day trying to shower. The courtyard area and view from the room was totally different from the advertised picture and looked like a slum.

Schöne Wohnung , geschmackvoll eingerichtet . Haben nichts vermisst. Liegt verkehrsgünstig , zentral und ist trotzdem ruhig. Würden sie auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.

Appartement très propre, contenant tous les équipements nécessaires et idéalement situé (métro à 5 minutes, sites touristiques faisables à pied). Bonne literie et au calme A recommander !

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und angenehme Wohnung für bis zu drei Personen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es gute Einkaufmöglichkeiten für das Frühstück und zum Essen. gute zentrale Lage und sehr ruhig. wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Nice apartment, well located for lots of walking & exploring

We really enjoyed our 10 days in Lisbon and the apartment added to everything. Everything was very clean and in nice condition and the owners and their cleaning lady were all very nice and easy to work with. The kitchen had all that we needed and the bed was comfortable (although a bit small for someone used to a king size). The WiFi worked quite well as did all the appliances and the tv. Nice bathroom but not overly large. It is on the fourth floor and the steps are the only way up so be aware if you’re not up to the climb. Although it didn’t affect us during April, the lack of air conditioning could be a factor in the summer months. Also, We felt the apartment’s rate was very fair and a good value. We would definitely rent the place again.

Quiet apartment in a nice neighbourhood

We loved our stay at the mid-sized back (blue) apartment. It was in a great location with only a few steps to the metro and many cafes and restaurants within a short walk. Would recommend.

Over priced and pretentious.

Pictures were not representative of actual apartment which is a lot smaller than we anticipated. There is NO washing machine. We had to climb three long flights of stairs to reach the apartment. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and noisy, as is the apartment. You can hear other tenants sharing apartments on the same floor. When you open the window for fresh air, all you smell is garlic and cooking odors from adjoining tenants and restaurants. There’s absolutely no view other than looking into other apartments and an old abandoned building. The up side is that it was close to the Metro. We would not book here again nor would we recommend this apartment to our family and friends.

The picture to the lift of this form is not the apartment we stayed in. The apartment was adequate. Not nearly as nice as the picture shown on the left. Anyone who books this apartment need to know that there are 64 steps up with no lift. This was not made clear in the description.

Great space, very charming, great location

While we were only in Lisbon 2 nights, this place was absolutely fabulous! The apartment was clean and charming. We had access right out the door to many cafe's and restaurants. Any sites you wanted to see were a walking distance away. Very easy to the airport as well. Check in was very easy and the managers are very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Comfortable, clean, renovated with style

Arrival and picking up the keys was well-arranged, with plenty of details in advance. The flat is well-equipped with comfortable furniture and good quality appliances and cooking equipment, towels, and linens. Everything we needed was provided. Although perhaps a bit smaller than the photos suggest, the flat was quite enough room for two. The location a few steps from a metro station and walkable to the centre (if you are energetic) is very convenient. Potential guests should be aware of the need to climb three flights of stairs to reach the apartment. We were there during a severe heat wave and managed to stay pretty comfortable with the one fan provided and by keeping the doors to the porch closed during the daytime. We enjoyed our stay there and had a very good experience with the rental.

An accurate appartment description

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, the location was great and the apartment really captured the charm of Lisbon. A minor nitpick was that we were given the wrong number and that we had to pay an extra fee (15euros) for 'late arrival' (after 8pm) which wasn't mentioned in the original reservation.
