Die Kommunikation war super einfach, schnell und sehr nett – vielen Dank dafür! Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die kleinen Willkommensgeschenke. Die Lage ist perfekt: mitten im beliebten Viertel Alfama, umgeben von vielen Restaurants und Bars. Man kann fast alles zu Fuß erkunden und hat zudem eine tolle Aussicht auf einen kleinen Platz wo sich auch das ein oder andere Café/Restaurant befindet. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind uns jedoch aufgefallen: Morgens und abends war es teilweise etwas laut, da viele Touristen unterwegs waren und Arbeiter sich in der Nähe laustark unterhielten. In der Dusche sollte der Duschschlauch samt Duschkopf erneuert werden, da dieser beim Duschen mehrmals auseinandergefallen ist. Außerdem schien der Fußboden nicht ganz sauber zu sein – wir hatten nach kurzer Zeit schwarze Fußsohlen, was irgendwie nicht so schön war. Das Bett war zwar sehr bequem, aber für größere Personen etwas schmal. Trotz dieser kleinen Punkte war es insgesamt ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt, und wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Everything was as presented, it's a small place but very functional for one or two staying who aren't doing much cooking. The stairs going up off of the street level are narrow and steep. If you have a very large suitcase it might be a little tough for some. Small market with essentials less than the block away, and many many restaurants within a few blocks walk. A little noisy at night with the windows open, but not too bad. Spotless clean and almost instant replies from the owners. Definitely would recommend and return.

L’emplacement de l’appartement et le quartier dans lequel il se situe sont exceptionnels. Il y a beaucoup d’ambiance et de la vie. Près des différents attraits de la Ville qui sont à distance de marche.

Such a romantic place and in such a perfect location! We couldn’t have picked a more cozy and comfortable place. Additionally, after a long day of walking and sightseeing, it was fabulous to rest on the really nice bedding and the shower pressure was really great too. We will definitely stay again!

Tiny apartment but has everything you need. Location is unbelievable, right in front of the Fado museum and local restaurant which play the live Fado music. Just open the window and enjoy your private concert. 10/10

Lovely stay in the heart of everything

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. The place is directly across from the Fado Museum and one night we were treated to a concert just by having our windows open. Lots to explore in the district and wonderful food. The place was clean but tight. I knew it was going to be small but it was very tight quarters. Overall though the space is so close to everything and had everything we needed.

Lovely little spot

We had a wonderful night in this cozy apartment. It had everything we needed and the owner left us a lovely gift. The location in the heart of the Alfama neighborhood was perfect!

Great central location

This stay was wonderful and central for a lot of walkable restaurants and shops. We had a great stay and, for it being a studio apartment, didn't feel too cramped for two people! Just a few things to note, hot water does run out relatively quickly so just keep it short if you're in a group, and there is no A/C (which IS noted in the listing, I just missed it). They do have fans and the windows give a great cross breeze so it was never a problem in June!

Ideal spot for a brief stay in Lisbon!

This bright little studio is located within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping and all the sites. Windows on all sides allow for a cross breeze, and make you feel a part of the action below. When closed, the noise is minimal and the room is dark. Everything we needed was supplied, and the welcome gifts were a thoughtful touch

"Charm Studio" was not charming visit.

Three day visit. Either the Vrbo system or the Bot owner prevented contact for solutions to issues.The TV did not work...stuck on same channel...perhaps the fault of the remote; but changing the batteries did not solve the problem. I do not have a TV at home and wanted to see the range of channels supplied in Europe. Only saw Reuters channel by pulling/removing electrical plug for Off/On/.Room heater did not work.Coffee pods for one day only.Bathroom door 2 feet wide. Should only be advertised to trim audience.

We loved the location we walked everywhere from Alfama to Augusta Street. It’s nice to have the restaurants right out our door. Very clean and is just as described online. The hosts are very friendly and responsive to any questions. There is a Nespresso type coffee maker and we couldn’t find the right size pods (10) for mornings #2 and #3 so we had to buy instant coffee and just used the hot water out of the coffee maker. Gem of an apartment!

We can’t rave about this place enough. I wish we had it booked for a longer stay. It was perfect for my husband and I. The view of the courtyard below is just adorable. We strolled through the neighborhood. The space was clean. They had fans which was great as I run hot and my husband doesn’t so a fan is preferred. There were extra blankets if needed. The bed was super comfy, the large smart tv and fast internet worked great! The shower was nice with hot water! They really had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host was attentive and available! I would recommend this property to my family and friends and would 100% stay here again.

Great location perfect for city break

Everything you need for a short stay. Photos very accurate. It is very small but adequate for us for a few days. Quiet but very central and lovely old neighbourhood. Kind host left us a welcome bottle of wine. Lisbon is a lovely city.
