The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while bedrooms two and three have two single beds each, which can also be converted into queen-size beds.

￫ Bathrooms
The apartment features two full bathrooms and a guest toilet without a shower. One belongs to the en-suite and has a shower and heater. The second one has a bathtub, shower, and heater.

￫ Living Room
The living room boasts a flat-screen TV and a cozy sofa facing the balcony and its splendid natural light. It also has a dining table for six.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker (coffee not included).

For your comfort and greater flexibility, our Hospitality Team provides a self-check-in at the property. You will be provided with the code to open the lockbox and collect the keys. These details are crucial for our team's coordination and to ensure the best possible stay for you.

Just 30 minutes from Lisbon, the refined seaside atmosphere of Cascais Bay has much to offer: culture, nature, gastronomy, and numerous beaches where you can relax. The area is particularly known for water sports and the amazing golf courses that can be enjoyed nearly year-round, thanks to Cascais' sunny weather.

Near Cascais, it's worth visiting the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a lush haven, such as Boca do Inferno, where the sea dramatically cuts through the coast.

￫ The property is ''Self-Catered''. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including toiletries for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included.
￫ Bed linen and bath towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen exchanges may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of technical assistance needed to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will apply.
￫ A crib and high chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumption above €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
