  • The holiday villa "Casa Do Mar" - Our house directly by the sea ... in the extraordinary region "Oeste". The unique, unobstructed view of the beautiful beaches of Areal and Areia Branca from almost all rooms and from the large roof terrace at the end of the row villa, is one of the special features that makes this villa so incomparable. The lounge on the roof terrace ..., a very special retreat! When closed windows front let the phenomenal view on itself, read a book in peace or enjoy a convivial round of wine. With the windows open, a shady spot on the roof terrace. Discover this space, see the beach and the sea. And the holiday begins. In addition to these beaches, which are characterized by their rough and almost untouched dune landscape, the view extends over the surrounding villages. The panoramic rooftop terrace is great for relaxing or for a shared pastime, and a comparable view of the sunsets from up here will be difficult to find anywhere in Portugal. The "Casa Do Mar" is located directly in front of a dune landscape, which is designated as protectet natural area. The climate is well-balanced, the sea breeze ensures that the heat can be well tolerated in the summer months.

Christmas in Lourinhã

Our family of 4 spent 4 nights at the beautiful casa that met all of our needs and more!Very friendly helpful check in! Loved the view and location to explore day trips and then return back in the evening to relax.Would definitely return!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht.Wir hatten hier einen wunderbare erholsame zwei Wochen verbracht. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Den Pool haben wir so gut wie gar nicht genutzt da es nur ca. 15 min zu Fuß zum Strand waren. In der Gegend gibt es viele gute Restaurants und im Nachbarort sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Close to perfection

Great pool, great lounge, great view, lots of space. We also enjoyed our daily breakfast at the beach bar which is a nice 15 min walk away. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house at the sea

The property was wonderful and as advertised. Kristina was very helpful and friendly and we had a wonderful stay. Very clean house that had everything we needed travelling with our 3 adult kids and my elderly dad.

Retreat by the sea

It was a beautiful property, so much so that we never wanted to leave! The beach walk was beautiful and thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities the home has. Next level sunsets :)

Luxurious, comfortable villa with and stunning roof terrace

Our family of five adults enjoyed the luxurious, well equipped, spacious acommodation the villa offers. It has the most amazing roof terrace from which to enjoy the views and sunsets. Plenty of lovely seating for dinning and relaxing. What a treat!

Beautiful home

Our family (three sisters and husbands) really enjoyed our stay in Lourinha and this home worked out perfectly for us! Lots of extra rooms for people to have own space, several eating/dining areas and several outdoor deck areas. Well equipped, The views are amazing! Definitely would return! Communication with owner and property manager very good!

Amazing Beach Home in Lourinha!

The property was just as it is listed, amazing. As a family of five with three little kids it was very nice to have so much space, a pool and with such a close walk to the beach. The sunrises and sunsets at truly wonderful and can be viewed on the top of this beach side home. Stefan was very welcoming and was always available if we needed anything. Casa do Mar will always have a place in our hearts. We will definitely be back to Lourinha!

Rooms with a view

We were so happy with our stay, the house was amazing and Stefan and Khristina were great and jumped on any concerns we had. They truly went above and beyond. Almost every room had a view of the ocean. The towns around the home had wonderful restaurants. If you didn't want to leave the paradise that is Lourinha you don't have to. But if you wanted to travel you can get to Porto in a couple hours and downtown Lisbon and/or Sintra in less than an hour. We wish we didn't have to leave!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit unbezahlbaren Aussichten

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wirklich phantastisch- jedes Detail durchdacht- so z.B riesige Fensterfronten, elektrische Rollläden..tolle Betten - wir haben durchwegs sehr gut geschlafen- eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche… und Vieles mehr. Wir wurden durch den Eigentümer perfekt betreut - auf Nachfragen - es fiel einmal kurz der Strom aus- wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit reagiert. Der Weg zum Strand und zum kleinen Ort mit Restaurants und einem kleinen Supermarkt ist gut zu Fuß zu erledigen - größere Supermärkte (Intermarche, Lidl, Aldi) sind mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Insgesamt eine klare Weiterempfehlung - wir hatten schon viele Ferienhäuser, aber noch nie ein so toll ausgestattetes, in dem man sofort wohl fühlt und nicht mehr weg will.

Amazing villa with stunning views

We had a great week at Caso Do Mar, the villa itself is amazing and has some of the best views overlooking the Portuguese coastline. The rooms in the villa are all modern and comfortable and it literally has everything you could possibly need. Having its own pool is a great benefit and the outdoor spaces in general were out favourite part! We needed to use taxis to get into Lourinha as the villa is on top of a hill but you can walk down to the beach in less than 20 minutes which is great. The host Stefan was easily contactable and made us feel very welcome - we would certainly go back again!

Casa do Mar

Wunderschöne Villa mit unbezahlbarem Ausblick und tollen Gastgebern! Wir waren als 4- köpfige Familie 2 Wochen zu Gast im "Casa do Mar" und haben jeden Tag genossen. Vorab bestens via Telefonat/WhatsApp informiert durch die sehr aufmerksamen Gastgeber Stefan & Katja, vor Ort sehr nett begrüßt und betreut durch den Property Manager Ivan. Morgens mit dem unbeschreiblich schönen Ausblick aufwachen, frühstücken auf der Dachterrasse, tolle Tage am Strand und Pool und den Tag in den netten Restaurants/Clubs am Strand ausklingen lassen. Was will man mehr? Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Urlaub in Portugal!

Perfection!!

We just got back from a 4 day stay at this gorgeous house and the only thing wrong was that it wasn’t long enough!! The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is spotless with a well appointed kitchen and lots of space on the three levels to relax. The beds are comfortable as is the rest of the furniture. And the views are incredible. The housekeeper and host are amazing. Very easy to get in touch with and extremely helpful. We look forward to returning to Casa Do Mar soon! Thank you!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in super Lage mit Top Ausstattung!

Wir waren mit 2 Familien vor Ort und 3 Teenagern und konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Das Haus ist wirklich super und die Ausstattung eine der besten die wir je hatten. In der Küche gibt es alles, sogar scharfe Messer. 😉😀. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und zum Strand kommt man in guten 10 Minuten über einen schönen Weg gut zu Fuß. Alles andere ist in ein paar Autominuten gut erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist super nett und man fühlt sich nicht als Mieter sondern als Gast!
