Great old town city apartment

Perfect spot in the Alfama district. Nice little balcony with a view. Had everything we needed.

5 Floors up a dark Staircase

My billing process charge was wrong. Host charged me for travel insurance I had purchased already then changed my bill for the same amount and called it extra house cleaning. Host was zero help in correcting billing. I was charged an extra $88.10 The apartment had many small ants in the kitchen. Host was zero help. Communication often took 24 hours to hear back if even then. Housekeeping was scheduled for 11am midweek, 5 hours late. The lighting in the stairs unacceptable and dangerous by any standards. Plus.. it was 5th floor hike to a hot hot flat with one very small fan.. I purchased an extra fan and left it for the next fool. The location was very good.. The view very nice but not worth all of the above. I will not be back. I was took for $88.10 and piss poor communication by host. Got the run around from Vrbo as well.. No help Mark USA

Nice cozy rooftop-flat

Flat was very beautiful, with sea- view and two balkonies. Check-inn some kind of confusing. Broken bath window, no wardrobe. We enjoyed it.

Great location close to all transportation to other locations .The fourth floor was a lot of stairs to climb,No AC on warm nights, main bed needed replaced but, over all well worth the price.

Dringend sanierungsbedürftig

Der Innenbereich war sauber. Das Objekt ist aber leider, vor allem im Außenbereich nicht gepflegt und ganz dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Die Dachterrasse ist kaum noch begehbar, da die Holzdielen komplett verrottet sind, der auf dem Foto so schön dargestellte Sitzbereich ist nicht nutzbar, die Auflagen zerrissen und modrig. Der Ausblick von der vorderen Terrasse ist allerdings richtig schön. Im Innenbereich brach der Küchenstuhl erstmal zusammen, die Schrauben dazu haben wir in der Obstschale gefunden. Die Lage ist gut, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieterbüro sehr unterschiedlich, man wird von verschiedenen Leuten kontaktiert, die aber anscheinend untereinander nicht kommunizieren. Mit Koffern ist das Dachgeschoss wirklich schwer zu erreichen, ich glaube es waren 6 Stockwerke, die diese im engen Treppenhaus hochgeschleppt werden mussten.

Bilder vom Inserat täuschen über mangelhafte Wohnung

Die Lage war hervorragend, das Möbilar war komplett verlebt und kaputt, Geschirr war dreckig, Wohnung nicht wirklich sauber, für eine Woche 2 Rollen Klopapier und kein Waschmittel für die Waschmaschiene sowie lediglich 1 Wäscheklammer sind für mich eindeutig ein mangelhafter Service. Ein Balkon war überhaupt nicht zu betreten, der andere war eingeschränkt nutzbar. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer sah hip aus, war wegen dem großen Hahn über kleinem Becken nur sehr schlecht zu nutzen, daher war wohl das Möbel darunter komplett aufgequollen. Schade, dass das Appartement nicht professionell gepflegt wird und an der Ausstattung bei der Qualität komplett gespart wurde. Bei wechselndem Publikum muss beanspruchbares Möbiliar verwendet werden. Es sah bestimmt alles bei Anschaffung gut aus, jetzt mag man es allerdings nicht mehr nutzen, zumal es fremde Patina ist.

Great Location, Property Pics Dated

The Amazing: Apartment is in a great location, close to public transport and a Tues/Sunday Flea Market. The. View. Is fabulous. Perfect amount of space for a couple or family traveling with a child or two that don’t mind bunking. The Bad: The pictures are dated - Front & back porch are very weathered, with the boards broken through in some places. No complimentary wine provided as mentioned in previous review. There was a laundry machine but only dish detergent pods on site - No dish washer though? No complimentary body wash/shampoo etc you would expect (only hand and dish soap) Two rolls of toilet paper and one set of towels provided (that we could not wash without having to buy detergent) for almost a week long stay…. The interior is fairly true to the pictures but the walls are in need of a touch up. There are smudges up and down the bedroom nook walls. It wouldn’t be worth mentioning if it were just scuff marks - it’s a bit worse off than that. Lastly, we had to pay a 2 Euro per day, per guest fee, that was NOT mentioned when I booked. We were told shortly before check in. And that it had to be paid separately/in cash. Seems sketchy. Left a poor first impression and then the apartment was not in great shape as pictured. Overall, meh experience. Check in was smooth though.

Früher einmal eine tolle Wohnung

Wohnung in einer ruhigen aber zentralen Lage , Metro, Bus in der Nähe, ebenfalls viele kleine und gute Restaurants in der Nähe, toller Blick vom Balkon. Die Wohnung wurde sicher mit sehr viel Liebe zu den Details vor einigen Jahren renoviert und da hat es auch sicherlich so ausgesehen, wie auf den gezeigten Bildern. Leider scheint das vor vielen Jahren gewesen zu sein, da es mittlerweile ganz anders aussieht Die Balkone haben sehr gelitten, das Holz ist teilweise verfault, eingebrochen, jeder Schritt darauf sollte gut überlegt sein, da man Angst hat, dass man einbricht und sich vielleicht verletzt. Die Außenwände sehen sehr schmuddelig aus , das Gesamtbild lädt nicht unbedingt ein, sich dort aufzuhalten. Die Duschtasse im Bad ist gesprungen, einige Minuten nach der Dusche steht das halbe Bad unter Wasser. Einige Stellen im Bad sehen mehr als renovierungsbedürftig aus, zumal ich mir nicht vorstellen möchte , wie es unter der Duschtasse aussehen muss, da es dort ja nie richtig trocken werden kann. In der Wohnung gab es auch einen Fernseher, der war allerdings nicht funktionstüchtig, da er überhaupt nicht angeschlossen war. Wer eine Wohnung in der richtigen Lage sucht, ist hier sicherlich richtig, wer sich in einer Wohnung wohlfühlen möchte und sich auf die einladenden Bilder verlässt, der ist hier definitiv falsch. Ich möchte allerdings noch positiv erwähnen, dass die Wohnung sehr sauber und der Check-In-Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war.

excellent flat in good location

Would highly recommend this holiday let and letting company, very efficient service, the flat was ideal good location spotless and equipped with everything you need, an added bonus being the 2 terraces sun in morning and evening. There are a few lovely cafes 2 mins away ideal for breakfast. Close to train station and a short walk to all the sights ,trams, restaurants.

Fantastic week in Lisbon

Brilliant apartment in a brilliant location. We loved the 2 outside spaces front (morning coffee) and back (evening wine) and used them every day. There are 4 brilliant cafes 2 minutes away. Train/Tram/Metro and Buses are all very near if you can't face the hike up the hills. We got a few taxis too which are very reasonable. We would definitely go back here if we visit Lisbon again. Two things I would suggest is providing more toilet rolls - 2 for stays of a week is not really sufficient and also a change of towel would be good. A great find all in all

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Lissabon

Wir haben drei Tage in der zentral, aber ruhig gelegenen Wohnung verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Einen tollen Ausblick bietet der vordere Balkon! Fussläufig nahe des Panteons sind viele gute Restaurants zu erreichen! Vielen Dank!

Quaint Place Close to the Water

I very much enjoyed this place during my Lisbon trip. It was close to the water so you can enjoy the lovely patio that is facing the sea, but it is not too far from the center of town so you are never more than about a 20 minute walk to most of the key things around the city. The place is very well decorated and had all of the amenities needed during my stay with the complimentary bottle of wine as a wonderful added touch. There is a grocery store less than a 10min walk away and many cafes/restaurants in the neighborhood if you don't want to venture far for a bite. Just be prepared to walk up a few flights of stairs to get into the place, but everything is up or down a hill in Lisbon so you will get a workout no matter what!

Appart avec Super vue

Appartement tout propre avec literie de qualité bien équipé. Les deux terrasses dont celle donnant sur le fleuve sont un vrai plus. La vue est incroyable de jour comme de nuit. De plus la situation permet de rejoindre le centre a pied. Bref un séjour idyllique 😎😍👍🏻
