"The staff was wonderful and very helpful with luggages, considering there are stairs up and down. Best to take an Uber taxi to avoid hauling luggages from the bus station. We had also enjoyed our ocean view balcony a lot and would sit out there in the late evening to read or have some something to drink. All in all, Windsor HG was a beautiful choice for us in Jiufen. "Can't find any fault with the property! Love the buffet breakfast. Right next to the harbour too. So convenient for cruise passengers. But a tip for disembarking passengers: early check in is not so easy as the hotel also caters to embarking passengers so it's best to book an extra night.night before or u will need to hang around "

"Great property, was a good experience being able to stay in a more traditional home away from big hotels and further from the tourist areas of Jiufen. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed and the extra food and drinks were appreciated. The only issue we had was that the location on Google Maps was not accurate and we got lost trying to find it the first time; however afterwards we realized it was actually in a great spot not too far from the Old Street. "Front desk staffs were courteous and very helpful. Room is a bit on a smaller side. The hotel is situated very close to the Keelung night market and the cruise port: 5-10 minutes walk. I recommend this hotel to anyone spending a night before or after cruise."
