"The staff was wonderful and very helpful with luggages, considering there are stairs up and down. Best to take an Uber taxi to avoid hauling luggages from the bus station. We had also enjoyed our ocean view balcony a lot and would sit out there in the late evening to read or have some something to drink. All in all, Windsor HG was a beautiful choice for us in Jiufen. Great location."

"Front desk staffs were courteous and very helpful. Room is a bit on a smaller side. The hotel is situated very close to the Keelung night market and the cruise port: 5-10 minutes walk. I recommend this hotel to anyone spending a night before or after cruise."
