Property was older with some noticeable wear in areas. Overall, the condo was clean and maintained. There were some homeless staying in vehicles in the parking area and some others who were negligent regarding quiet times and smoking regulations. Satisfied for the price paid but would not return.

Would have been nice to know there was no food delivery or ride services that came out that far. I also don’t like there was no screens in the windows or sliding door. There was also a horrible smell in the unit upon arrival.

Cozy, Convenient, and Beach-Ready

We didn’t have extra clean blankets, toilet paper, or a sponge, but we came prepared, so it wasn’t a problem at all. The location is amazing—walking distance to the beach and close to lots of great spots. Despite the minor supplies issue, we had a wonderful stay!We stayed 8 days.

Coastal visit

In short: Pros: - Nearby beach access - Close by shopping and dining areas - Provided toiletries such as makeup removers, shampoo/conditioner, body soap - Provided dish soap and sponge, trash bags, dishes - Provided plenty of full size pillows and extra bedding Cons: - Broken blinds in the bedroom preventing privacy and darkness at night - Bedroom floors are filthy - Multiple areas needing repaired (dent in a wall, duct tape above a window, etc) - Very hard beds - difficulty sleeping in them and sore when waking up - No pillow protectors, only pillow cases over dirty pillows (very gross pillows) - Significantly limited seating and only 3 dining stools - Beach access is a bit of a strenuous walk for someone with health issues Overall, I did appreciate our stay, but would likely not chose this specific apartment again.

Dump

This place was a dump. You couldn’t open the sliding glass door, there was a fist hole in the wall, the fake wood floor is peeling, you couldnt lock the door when you went out, it was very drafty and cold.

Our stay at Salmon 2f 09/7-10/22

At first glance it appeared to be an acceptable room. But as I began settling in the issues I found were these: - refrigerator too small, door on backwards for its position - table placement required it to be moved to better location in room, table & stools too high for 5'4" - 71 yo woman - sliding door extremely difficult to open - beds very uncomfortable - Bathroom has small table to put personal items on - a counter space would be better. Other than these issues it was very nice.

Don’t rent this

The floors were grimy, the patio door did not slide, it had to be lifted to open it! There was no mop to clean the grimy floors, no door on the fridge freezer, no plug for the sink to wash dishes, the door mat at the entrance was filthy. We only stayed one night. Yuck!!!

Way over priced!

There was garbage from the previous people, the tv did not work, nor did the microwave. My son cut his foot on a nail sticky up in the carpet. Literally everything was falling apart. There was holes in all the screens if not just missing. The blinds were all broken. The dishes were dirty. There was no AC. The fire place was broken. It was not the room that we booked. It was smaller and had less seating for our group of 4. And when it says beach accesses they really mean I mile long hike.

Had to leave and book another place in town because the room was so dirty and smelly when going in

Very disappointed with this rental. Was dirty. Stains everywhere. Beds Nasty,dog hair everywhere. Dusty and smelled awful. Had to book a completely different place because we would not stay there with our 2 year old because of how dirty it was. Paid almost 400 dollars for a disgusting place. Not even being able to stay there.

Tiny and uncomfortable

The kitchen, dining space, and living room were all crammed into a small room and a fireplace was added to take up even more space. I had to move the kitchen table around the room to be able to work in the "kitchen" versus to look out at the view. The television was in the only place it could be, on top of the fireplace, which pointed toward the stove and not the couch. The second bedroom did not have a window. Instead the second egress was through the jack-and-jill bathroom to the master bedroom. The second bedroom was just slightly bigger than the full sized bed, enough room to walk on both sides of the bed and put the luggage on the floor at the end. The couch was the most comfortable surface in the place. The kitchen table stools were pretty, but the edges cut into your legs if you sat there for more than 15-20 minutes. The bed in the second bedroom was so uncomfortable we rotated who slept on it, so that we could limit the backaches. You could feel every spring in the mattress. The bathroom window was transparent and even though it was a high window, the neighbors can see in while you are getting into the shower (keep the shower curtain closed to increase privacy. The floors are ridged /scraped flooring, making it uncomfortable for my dogs. This would have a 1-star, except the sound of the ocean and view of the sunsets was lovely. The staff were very friendly and eager to make my stay a good one. There were plenty of pillows for the beds. I would only recommend this for a short stay. Don't stay here for a week, like I did.

Lincoln City - Thanksgiving Weekend

Overall the location is wonderful, the kitchen had the dishes/utensils/pots/etc. that we wanted/needed. We had a view of the ocean from our balcony. The property was clean when we arrived. The kitchen/living area is very tight. If you plan on spending any time indoors besides going to sleep I would not recommend having more than 2 people stay here. The units are close together and the walls are not very thick. We had a crying baby and a yapping dog the first night. Also the internet did not work for us at all the entire weekend. It could be that there is not enough bandwidth for all of the units. There was no one to contact about this issue.

So gross

The property is surrounded by dog poop. The door lock was pathetic and flimsy. Completely unsafe. Everything was on brink of breaking. This was a very poorly maintained property.

Great for the price

Great job on using wide angle on your camera!! The place is a bit small for 4 people, but for the price it worked great! I would put hooks on wall spaces, for coats for guests.... But close to the beach, I recommend using 15th street access, instead of what is available near condo. As the 15th street access you can drive your car onto beach, found that out last night here... but the condo was great!!

Staying here was convenient

Sharp right turn when you get up the hill almost missed the driveway. Parking should be numbered and any guest should look for parking..parking was an issue. Overall cleanlyness was okay. With covid19 I thought it should have been more clean. Perfect for owners and very dog friendly if you have a dog. Overall stay was comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. Loved the beach it is a little walk but we got some exercise.

Fun place to stay

It was easy to find and overlooked the ocean. Could have been a little cleaner and the wi-fi never worked. And for this particular condo it really needed a bigger fridge. Otherwise it was very nice.

The perfect place

I loved the check-in and check out process so easy. We where there for a baseball tournament and the fields where a mile away very close to everything we wanted to do. Very clean and I loved the balcony my favorite spot. We will be back.

Wouldn't stay here again

A week has passed, I've been waiting to write a review in Hope's Vacasa would get back to me and help resolve our issues but they didn't. The Bed we slept on was awful. You could feel the Springs in the Mattress. I made 2 separate back to back reservations about a month ahead of time for 4 Nights, and by the end of the second night we were ready to be done as my Husband had early morning fishing trips and didn't sleep both nights. I spent day 3 trying to communicate to Vacasa that we were not happy, and at the very least would just like to be able to check out early. The Manager if the Lincoln City rentals never reached out and so I called back (Portland) and they told me that there were no rentals available and they couldn't help me. Which I waited all day for someone to simply call and tell me. Needless to say we checked out a night early and came Home. I don't recommend it.
